อะไรคือสิ่งที่หยุดช่วงเทศกาล 2020?
1. Windows Insider Preview Builds
Windows Insiders: ไม่คาดหวัง Fun Additions เดือนหน้า Microsoft หยุด Updates สำหรับ Insider Builds จนถึง 2021
"IMPORTANT Because of minimal operations during the holidays and the upcoming Western new year, there won't be any preview releases for the month of December 2020. Monthly servicing will resume with the January 2021 security releases." - Microsoft Support
2. Driver Verification (WHQL)
Microsoft หยุด Verify Drivers ด้วย Stamp of Approval ช่วงคริสต์มาส 2020 จะทำให้ Driver Release ช้าลง

มี Updates หลายประเภทมากกว่า Insider/Driver Updates โชคดีที่ Microsoft ไม่มีแผนหยุด Security-based Updates (Essential Updates)
Windows ยอดนิยม Microsoft ไม่สามารถปิดทุกอย่างได้ Cybercriminals หา Loopholes ตลอดเวลา หากมีช่องโหว่ช่วงเทศกาล ต้อง Patch ก่อน Damage กระจาย
ควรอัปเดตเครื่องตลอดช่วงเทศกาล โดยเฉพาะถ้าได้คอมใหม่/แล็ปท็อปใหม่ ให้ทำ Essential Tasks สำหรับ Fresh Windows 10 Install ก่อนใช้งานจริง
