วิธีเร็วที่สุด
ถ้าใช้ Ubuntu (คนเยอะ) มี option เร็วมาก จาก standard Ubuntu ไป Windows lookalike ในไม่กี่วินาที 主要 based on Windows 10 แต่มี touches ของ Windows XP และ Windows 7 ด้วย
ใช้ UKUI Desktop Environment มีคู่มือติดตั้ง ง่าย ติดตั้งง่าย ลบง่ายถ้าไม่ชอบ
แต่วิธีนี้มี drawbacks: 1. ใกล้เคียงแต่ไม่ identical Windows 10 2. complete desktop re-skin ไม่ customize ได้มาก

เปลี่ยน Linux Desktop Theme
Theme ที่ใช้มาจาก Boomerang Project เหตุผลหลายอย่าง แต่หลักคือ works on multiple desktops
GNOME default desktop สำหรับ Ubuntu สมัยใหม่ และ distros อื่น แต่คุณอาจใช้อย่างอื่น Boomerang Win 10 theme compatible Gnome, Cinnamon, Unity, Openbox, MATE, Fluxbox, Xfce ต้อง GTK 3.6+ และ Murrine GTK 2 rendering engine ถ้ามีพร้อมใช้ได้
Install Boomerang Win 10
ไป Boomerang Win 10 download page Theme มี 2 รุ่น: light และ dark ดาวน์โหลดตัวใดตัวหนึ่งหรือทั้งคู่
แตกไฟล์ใน graphical file manager ที่ชอบ หรือ terminal:
cd ~/Downloads
unzip Windows-10-2.0.1.zip
filename อาจต่างไป สร้าง themes directory ถ้ายังไม่มี:
mkdir ~/.themes
จาก Downloads directory (หรือที่ดาวน์โหลด theme) ย้าย theme ไป themes directory:
mv Windows-10-2.0.1 ~/.themes/
filename อาจต้องเปลี่ยน ถ้าใช้ GNOME ต้อง install GNOME Tweaks เปลี่ยน theme รัน:
sudo apt install gnome-tweaks
ยืนยันติดตั้ง รอติดตั้งเสร็จ เปลี่ยน theme: Ubuntu เปิด Tweaks จาก Application launcher ไป Appearance ซ้าย ใต้ Applications ใน Themes เลือก Windows-10-2.0.1 หรือคล้ายๆ
ถ้าใช้ desktop environment อื่น instructions ตั้ง theme จะต่าง แต่ process เหลือเท่าเดิม ไม่ต้องติดตั้งแอปใหม่แค่ปรับ theme เล่นหาเมนูได้
เปลี่ยน Icons
ไปครึ่งทางทำ Linux desktop หน้าตา Windows 10 แตะ icons จะช่วยมาก เริ่มที่ Boomerang Windows 10 icon GitHub page คลิก Clone or download Download ZIP
แตก archive เหมือน theme file manager หรือ terminal:
cd ~/Downloads
unzip Windows-10-master.zip
ย้ายไป icon themes directory อาจต้องสร้าง directory:
mkdir ~/.icons
ย้าย icon theme folder ที่แตกไป directory:
mv Windows-10-master ~/.icons/
Ubuntu เปิด Tweaks กลับ Appearance pane ใต้ Icons เลือก Windows-10-master
เหมือน application theme desktop อื่น steps select icon theme ต่าง แตะหลังหาวิธีเปลี่ยน application theme เปลี่ยน icon theme ควรคล้ายกัน
เปลี่ยน Wallpaper
ถ้าอยากไปจนจบ ต้องเปลี่ยน wallpaper ถ้าคุณไม่เคยเปลี่ยน Windows 10 wallpaper คงไม่อยากทำขั้นนี้ แต่ถ้าอยากดูว่าทำ Linux หน้าตา Windows 10 ได้มากแค่ไหน ขั้นนี้ essential
ถ้ามีคอม Windows 10 copy wallpaper มาได้ ถ้าไม่อยากทำ default Windows 10 wallpapers มีใน Imgur album จาก MSPoweruser
อยากให้ Desktop หน้าตา Windows มากกว่านี้?
