แต่ Windows File Explorer app? อาจไม่ใช่ top of mind แต่เป็นวิธี quick และ efficient แชร์ไฟล์

1. ใช้ Share Menu ใน File Explorer
มีหลายวิธีแชร์ไฟล์ใน Windows Explorer จะดูทีละอย่าง
ก่อนอื่น File Explorer Share menu เข้าถึง: เปิด app คลิกแท็บ Share บนสุดหน้าต่าง
The Share Button
Icon โดดเด่นคือ Share ปุ่มสีเขียวใหญ่ คลิกจะเปิด native Windows 10 Share window
บนสุด window: frequently used contacts ต่ำกว่า: nearby Bluetooth devices share file ได้ ล่างสุด: apps บนเครื่อง share file ได้ เช่น OneNote, Mail
แชร์ไฟล์กับ apps/devices ใน list: คลิก option ที่ต้องการ follow on-screen instructions
Other Tools in the Ribbon
มี sharing tools อื่นใน Ribbon ใช้ได้
ข้าง Share icon มี shortcut แชร์ via email และ shortcut สร้าง ZIP file ถ้าแชร์ large file วิธี efficient บีบอัด ZIP ก่อนส่ง ไฟล์เล็กลง upload/download เร็วขึ้น
คลิก ZIP icon โฟลเดอร์ ZIP ใหม่สร้างในโฟลเดอร์เดียวกับไฟล์เดิม email shortcut เปิด default mail client พร้อมแชร์
ต่อไป Ribbon มี print และ fax options พร้อม CD burning (ถ้าเครื่องรองรับ)
สุดท้าย options แชร์ไฟล์กับ people/devices ใน workgroup หรือ domain
2. ใช้ OneDrive
OneDrive integrated กับ Windows 10 แทบซ้อนกัน ที่ integration apparent ที่สุดคือ File Explorer app
สมมติ sign in Windows ด้วย Microsoft account (ไม่ใช่ local account) OneDrive จะปรากฏเป็น location ใน left panel ของ app
มีหลายวิธีแชร์ไฟล์ใน OneDrive ผ่าน File Explorer
วิธีง่ายสุด: ไปไฟล์ที่ต้องการ คลิกขวา context menu เลือก Share a OneDrive link
Windows copy link ไป clipboard อัตโนมัติ แชร์ให้คนเท่าไหร่ก็ได้ ไฟล์ที่แชร์มี icon หัวคนเล็กใน File Explorer
ถ้าต้องการ advanced sharing options กลับ context menu คลิก More OneDrive Sharing Options
OneDrive web app เปิด share pop up toggle editing options, set expiry date, set password ขยาย More menu มีลิงก์แชร์ via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Sina Weibo
หมายเหตุ: ไม่ possible หยุดแชร์ไฟล์บน OneDrive จาก File Explorer ต้องเปิด OneDrive web app ไปไฟล์ highlight กด Info icon มุมขวาบน จัดการ access และ active sharing URLs ใน Has Access section
3. แชร์ผ่าน Network
ตุลาคม 2018 Homegroup ไม่ใช่ส่วนของ Windows 10 แล้ว แต่ sharing functionality ยังมี network sharing feature
ทำให้ไฟล์ available ให้ทุกคน home network ด้วย network access tools
เริ่ม: หาไฟล์แชร์ คลิกขวา context menu ไป Give Access To > Specific People
หน้าต่างใหม่เปิด คลิก dropdown เลือก Everyone หรือรู้ credentials single user เลือก Create a New User ใส่รายละเอียด
ตราบใด Network Discovery เปิด (Settings > Network and internet > Wi-Fi > Manage Known Networks > [Wi-Fi Name] > Properties > Private) คนที่อนุญาตใน network จะเห็นคอมพิวเตอร์เป็น network location เข้าถึงได้
4. ใช้ Cloud Storage Services อื่นๆ
สุดท้าย พิจารณา third-party cloud storage providers เช่น Google Drive และ Dropbox หลาย providers มี Windows plug-in วาง shortcut ไป drive ใน File Explorer
Drag-and-drop ไฟล์เข้า storage providers' folders upload แล้วแชร์คนอื่นด้วย channels ปกติ ต้องการ info เพิ่ม อ้าง literature ของ provider โดยตรง
ยังมีวิธีแชร์ไฟล์บน Windows อื่นๆ
Sharing files คือ odd task เราทุกวัน แต่น้อยคนใช้ most optimal tool แต่ละครั้ง
