System Restore ใน Windows 10 คืออะไร?

ฟีเจอร์นี้คล้าย Backup แต่ไม่เหมือนกันทั้งหมด เพราะการย้อนเวลาด้วยฟีเจอร์นี้ ไม่กระทบเอกสารหรือการตั้งค่าก่อนสร้าง Restore Point นั้น แต่จะลบ Apps, Drivers, System Updates, และ Registry Changes ที่เกิดหลังสร้าง Restore Point นั้น ทำงานเหมือน Time Machine

簡單来说 System Restore ติดตามและสร้าง Snapshot สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงบางอย่าง เช่น การติดตั้ง Software, Windows Updates, Driver Changes, Software Updates และอนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้ย้อนกลับ PC ไปสู่สถานะก่อนหน้า หากหลังทำกิจกรรมใดกิจกรรมหนึ่ง Windows มีปัญหา

ทำไม System Restore Point จึงสำคัญ?

บน Windows 10 Microsoft ผลักดัน Windows Update ทุกวันส่ง Security Patches, Bug Fixes, New Features ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ถูกบังคับให้รับ Updates เมื่อพร้อมใช้งาน แต่มีผู้ใช้จำนวนมากที่ล้มเหลวในการอัปเดตทันเวลา และ Microsoft ไม่สามารถบังคับได้ ในกรณีนี้ System Restore จะเป็นโซลูชันที่ดี

วิธีสร้าง Windows 10 System Restore Point

ตอนนี้คุณอาจต้องเปิดใช้งาน Windows 10 System Restore Utility มักปิด Default บนคอมที่ติดตั้ง Windows มาให้ (Vendor ใช้ Backup Software ของตัวเอง) เมื่อ Feature นี้ Enabled และ Configured ถูกต้อง Windows จะสร้าง Restore Points อัตโนมัติเมื่อติดตั้ง App/Driver/Update ใหม่ และคุณสามารถใช้ได้ภายหลัง แต่ต้อง Enable Feature นี้ก่อน

ขั้นตอน Enable System Restore บน Windows 10:

• Start Menu ค้นหาและเลือก Create a restore point
• System Properties → แท็บ System Protection
• เลือก Windows Installed Drive → Configure
• จะเปิด System Protection for Local Disk C:
• เลือก Radio Button Turn on system protection (ใต้ Restore Settings)
• Apply → OK บันทึก
• Windows จะสร้าง Restore Points อัตโนมัติทุกครั้ง

กำหนดค่า System Restore บน Windows 10

หลัง Enable System Protection ต้องปรับ Disk Space เพื่อจัดเก็บ Restore Points System Restore ไม่มีประโยชน์หากไม่มีพื้นที่ดิสก์เก็บ Restore Points ต้องอนุญาต Disk Space ใต้ "Disk Space Usage" ปรับ Max Storage สำหรับเก็บ Restore Points

Default Windows ใช้เปอร์เซ็นต์เล็กน้อยของพื้นที่รวมของไดรฟ์ และเมื่อพื้นที่สำรองเต็ม Restore Points เก่าจะถูกลบเพื่อให้ที่ว่างสำหรับ Restore Points ใหม่ สามารถกำหนด Disk Space Usage เองได้

คลิก Apply → OK บันทึก Config ใหม่ ปิดหน้าต่าง System Restore จะ Enabled สำหรับ Drive ที่เลือก ทำงานอัตโนมัติในพื้นหลัง หรือสร้าง Restore Points ด้วยตนเองได้ตามต้องการ

สร้าง System Restore Point ด้วยตนเอง (Manual)

ตอนนี้ Enable Restore Point แล้ว OS จะสร้าง Restore Point อัตโนมัติทุกครั้งที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ แต่บางครั้งอาจอยากสร้าง Manual Restore Point ก่อนแก้ไขสิ่งที่อาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหา

วิธีสร้าง Restore Point ด้วยตนเอง:

1. ใน System Properties คลิกปุ่ม Create
2. พิมพ์ Description ช่วยระบุ Restore Point (เช่น "System Restore Point before installing antivirus")
3. คลิก Create เสร็จสิ้น (สร้างเร็ว ไม่เกิน 1 นาที)

หากเจอปัญหาต้องทำ System Restore กลับมาที่หน้าต่างนี้ → คลิก System Restore เปิด Restore Interface

วิธีทำ System Restore บน Windows 10?

หากเจอปัญหาก่อนใช้ Backup หรือ "Reset this PC" ใน Windows 10 สามารถใช้ System Restore Point ซึ่งเร็วและง่ายกว่า โดยย้อนระบบกลับสู่สถานะทำงานปกติ

ขั้นตอน Perform System Restore:

• เปิด Control Panel
• All Control Panel Items → Recovery
• คลิก Open System Restore
• จะเปิด Restore System Files and Settings
• คลิก Next เพื่อดำเนินการ System Restore

จะแสดง Restore Points ทั้งหมดพร้อม Date, Description และสำคัญคือ Type (Manual หรือ System Created)

• เลือก Restore Point → คลิก "Scan for affected programs" ดู Apps ที่ติดตั้ง
• หลัง Restore Point ล่าสุด ซึ่งจะถูกลบระหว่าง Restore
• Cancel กลับ Wizard
• Next → Confirm Restore Point
• Check → Finish เริ่มกระบวนการ Restore

คลิก Finish จะ Prompt:

คลิก Yes เริ่ม System Restore Process

ระหว่าง Restore จะเห็น "Please wait while your windows files and settings are being restored. System Restore initializing, finishing etc." ใช้เวลาบ้าง

ระหว่างนี้ System จะ Restart และ Re-apply Settings ที่จำเป็น เมื่อเสร็จจะได้ Popup "Window System Restore completed successfully"

กระบวนการเสร็จ = กลับสู่จุดเวลาที่ระบบทำงานถูกต้อง

วิธีทำ Windows System Restore จาก Boot

สามารถ System Restore Windows 10 จาก Boot ได้:

• เข้าถึง Advanced Options
• Boot จาก Installation Media, ข้ามหน้าจอแรก
• Repair Your Computer → Troubleshoot → Advanced Options
• จะได้ System Restore Option → คลิก → ตาม指示 System Restore Windows 10 จาก Boot

System Restore Not Working Windows 10

หาก System Restore ล้มเหลว/ไม่ทำงาน Windows 10 สิ่งแรกแนะนำ Uninstall Third-party Antivirus หากติดตั้ง

Boot เข้า Safe Mode ทำ System Restore ช่วยให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์โดยไม่มี Error

เพิ่มเติม ก่อน System Restore แนะนำเปิด Command Prompt (Admin) รัน sfc /scannow รอสแกน 100% → Reboot → ทำ System Restore อีกครั้ง

เปิด Services (services.msc) ตรวจสอบ Services ต่อไปนี้ว่า Running:

• Volume Shadow Copy
• Task Scheduler
• Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider Service
• System Restore Service
