กำลังเผชิญปัญหา "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" มี Workarounds แก้ไขได้

รัน Hardware Troubleshooter

รัน Built-in Hardware Troubleshooter ให้ Windows เช็คแก้ Hardware Device ที่ก่อปัญหา:

  • Windows + I → Settings
  • Update & Security → Troubleshoot
  • Hardware and Devices → Run Troubleshooter
  • เช็คแก้ Hardware Problems อัตโนมัติ
  • Restart Windows → เช็ค Error 40 หายไหม

Update Graphics Device Driver

Graphics Driver ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ส่วนใหญ่ก่อ Error 40 แนะนำ Update:

  1. Right-click Start → Device Manager
  2. หา Device ที่มีปัญหา (มักมีเครื่องหมาย ! เหลือง) Right-click → Properties
  3. Tab Driver → Update Driver
  4. Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software

เจอ Driver Update → ติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ Close เมื่อเสร็จ
Windows หา Driver ใหม่ไม่เจอ → ลองหาบนเว็บ Manufacturer ติดตั้งตามคำแนะนำ

Rollback Device Driver

ปัญหาเริ่มหลัง Driver Upgrade ล่าสุด → Rollback กลับเวอร์ชันก่อนหน้าอาจแก้ได้:

  1. Right-click Start → Device Manager
  2. หา Device ปัญหา (เครื่องหมาย ! เหลือง) Right-click → Properties
  3. Tab Driver → Roll Back Driver

Uninstall และ Reinstall Device Driver

ยังมีปัญหา User หลายคน Uninstall/Reinstall Driver แล้ว Error หาย:

  • Start → Device Manager
  • หา Device ปัญหา (เครื่องหมาย ! เหลือง) Right-click → Uninstall → OK
  • Restart Windows Uninstall Driver สนิท
  • Device Manager อีกครั้ง Right-click PC Name (บนสุด) → Scan for Hardware Changes → Reinstall Driver
  • Right-click Device อีกครั้ง General Tab → Device Status ควรเป็น "This device is working properly."

Windows ติดตั้ง Driver อัตโนมัติไม่ได้ → ไปเว็บ Graphics Card Manufacturer (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA) ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง Latest Driver เอง

Restart Windows → Device Manager จะเห็น AMD Radeon, NVIDIA, Intel Graphics Error 43 แก้ไขแล้ว ช่วยได้ไหม? ความคิดเห็นบอกมา
