วิธีที่ 4: เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าจาก Group Policy Editor

1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ gpedit.msc แล้ว Enter
2. ไปที่: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar
3. หา Remove pinned programs list from the Start Menu และ Remove pinned programs from the Taskbar ตั้งค่าเป็น Not configured

5. คลิก Apply > OK แล้วรีบูท
