คู่มือเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านบัญชี Windows 10 อย่างปลอดภัย

ใช้ Windows 10 ควรปกป้องไฟล์ด้วยรหัสผ่าน แม้บางคนไม่ชอบแต่แนะนำให้ใช้ รหัสผ่านที่ดีควรผสมตัวอักษร ตัวเลข สัญลักษณ์ ยากต่อการแฮก นอกจากนี้ยังมี PIN และ Picture Password ให้เลือกใช้ แต่รหัสผ่านยังคงปลอดภัยที่สุด

วิธีเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านบัญชีใน Windows 10

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

หมายเหตุ: ต้องเป็น Admin เพื่อเปลี่ยนรหัส Local Account ของคนอื่น (จะทำให้บัญชีนั้นเสียสิทธิ์ EFS, certificates, stored passwords) หากไม่มี Admin ให้เปิด Built-in Administrator

วิธีที่ 1: ใช้ Settings App

  1. Win+I > Settings > Accounts
  2. ซ้าย: Sign-in options
  3. ขวา: คลิก Change ใต้ Password
  4. ใส่ Current password > Next
  5. หมายเหตุ: หากมี PIN จะขอ PIN ก่อน แล้วค่อยขอ Current Password
  6. Verify Identity: รับโค้ดทาง Email หรือ Phone > ใส่โค้ด > Next
  7. ตั้ง New password ยืนยัน ใส่ Password Hint
  8. Next > Finish รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ Control Panel

  1. ค้นหา control > Control Panel
  2. User Accounts > Manage another account
  3. เลือกบัญชี > Change the password
  4. ใส่รหัสใหม่ ยืนยัน ใส่ Hint > Change password
  5. ปิดทั้งหมด รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 3: ใช้ Local Users and Groups (ไม่ทำงานบน Home)

  1. Win+R พิมพ์ lusrmgr.msc
  2. ขยาย Local Users and Groups (Local) > Users
  3. กลาง: เลือกบัญชี > ขวา: More Actions > Set Password
  4. Pop-up Warning > Proceed
  5. ใส่ New Password ยืนยัน > OK
  6. OK อีกครั้ง รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 4: ใช้ Command Prompt

  1. เปิด CMD (ค้นหา cmd)
  2. พิมพ์ net users ดูรายชื่อบัญชี
  3. เปลี่ยนรหัส: net user user_name new_password
    แทน user_name และ new_password ด้วยค่าจริง
  4. รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Microsoft Account ผ่านเว็บ

  1. Settings > Accounts > ซ้าย: Your info > Manage my Microsoft account
  2. Browser เปิด > คลิก Change password ถัดจาก Email
  3. Verify: ใส่รหัส Microsoft Account (outlook.com)
  4. รับโค้ดทาง Phone/Email > ใส่โค้ด > Next
  5. ใส่ Current password, New password, Re-enter new password
    ตัวเลือก: ทิ๊ก "Make me change my password every 72 days"
  6. Next รหัส Microsoft Account เปลี่ยนแล้ว
