วิธีที่ 1: Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ (พื้นฐานแต่อาจช่วยได้)

Start > Power > Restart (ปิดเครื่องทุกคืนดีกว่า Sleep Mode)

วิธีที่ 2: ปิดแอพพื้นหลังที่ไม่จำเป็น

  1. คลิกขวา Taskbar > Task Manager
  2. แท็บ Processes > เลือก Task ที่ใช้ CPU/RAM สูงโดยไม่จำเป็น (หลีกเลี่ยง System/Microsoft services)
  3. End Task > Restart

วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบฮาร์ดดิสก์ (Check Disk)

  1. This PC > คลิกขวา Drive C: > Properties
  2. แท็บ Tools > Check > Scan drive

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Tab และ Extension เบราว์เซอร์

  1. Chrome > Settings > Advanced > Reset and clean up > Clean up computer
  2. Find > Remove harmful software

วิธีที่ 6: เคลียร์พื้นที่ดิสก์ (Free up Disk Space)

6A. Manual: Win+R > %temp% > Select all > Delete > Empty Recycle Bin

6B. Disk Cleanup: ค้นหา Disk Cleanup > เลือก Drive > ติ๊ก Temporary Internet Files > Clean up system files

6C. ลบ Windows.old/Downloaded Program Files: C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files > Select all > Delete

วิธีที่ 7: Uninstall แอพที่ไม่ใช้

  1. Control Panel > View: Small icons > Programs and Features
  2. หาแอพที่ใช้บ่อย/ไม่ใช้ > Uninstall

ทางเลือกอื่น: Upgrade HDD → SSD (เร็วกว่ามาก)

9B. Reinstall: Device Manager > Uninstall device > ติ๊ก Delete driver > ดาวน์โหลด Driver ใหม่จากเว็บผู้ผลิต > ติดตั้ง > Repeat สำหรับ Audio, Network

วิธีที่ 10: อัปเดต Windows 10

  1. Win+I > Update & Security > Check for updates
  2. Install now > Restart

วิธีที่ 11: ทำความสะอาดและระบายอากาศ

  • ลำโพง/รูระบายอากาศ: ใช้ลมอัด吹き飛ばし
  • ไม่วาง Laptop บนผ้าห่ม/หมอน (บังระบายอากาศ)
  • ทำความสะอาดภายในเครื่อง (ระวังชิ้นส่วน)

วิธีที่ 12: Reset This PC (Clean Install แบบง่าย)

  1. Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Get started
  2. เลือก Keep my files (ลบแอพ/ตั้งค่า แต่เก็บไฟล์ส่วนตัว) หรือ Remove everything
