Safe Mode โหลดไดรเวอร์และไฟล์ระบบขั้นต่ำ ไม่รันโปรแกรมภายนอก เหมาะสำหรับ Troubleshooting เดิมกด F8 ตอนบูทได้ แต่ Windows 11 บูทเร็วขึ้น + 廠商ปิดฟีเจอร์นี้ ต้องใช้วิธีใหม่ คู่มือนี้ครอบคลุม 5 วิธี
ประเภท Safe Mode ใน Windows 11
- Safe Mode: พื้นฐานสุด ไดรเวอร์ขั้นต่ำ ไม่มีโปรแกรมภายนอก ไอคอนใหญ่/เบลอ แสดง Safe Mode ที่มุมจอ 4 มุม
- Safe Mode with Networking: + Network drivers ใช้เน็ตได้ (ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้เน็ตใน Safe Mode)
- Safe Mode with Command Prompt: เปิดแค่ CMD ไม่มี GUI ใช้สำหรับ Advanced Troubleshooting
วิธีที่ 1: ผ่าน System Configuration (msconfig) - ง่ายที่สุด
- Win+R > msconfig > OK
- แท็บ Boot > Boot options > ติ๊ก Safe boot
- เลือกประเภท (Minimal/Network/Alternate shell) > Apply > OK
- Restart ในกล่องยืนยัน
วิธีที่ 2: ผ่าน Command Prompt (คำสั่งเดียว)
- ค้นหา Command Prompt > Open
- พิมพ์ shutdown.exe /r /o > Enter > Windows 11 จะบูทเข้า Safe Mode เอง
วิธีที่ 3: ผ่าน Windows Settings (Recovery)
- Win+I > Settings > System > Recovery
- Advanced startup > Restart now
- Restart now (ใน Popup)
- Windows RE > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart
- กดหมายเลขหรือ Function Key ตามที่ต้องการ (4=Safe Mode, 5=Safe Mode with Networking, 6=Safe Mode with CMD)
วิธีที่ 4: จาก Start Menu หรือ Sign-in Screen
- Start > Power icon
- กดค้าง Shift + คลิก Restart
- เข้า Windows RE > ทำตามขั้นตอน 6-10 ของวิธีที่ 3
