วิธี MAP SharePoint Site เป็น Network Drive ใน File Explorer บน Windows 10
1. เปิด Internet Explorer *
* หมายเหตุ: ไม่สามารถ Map SharePoint Site เป็น Network Drive ได้ด้วยเบราว์เซอร์อื่น (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
2. ล็อกอิน เข้า SharePoint Site ที่ต้องการ Map และขั้นตอนสุดท้ายเมื่อถาม Stay signed in? คลิก Yes (สำคัญมาก)
3. จากเมนู Tools 
คลิก Internet Options
3. แท็บ Security เลือก Trusted sites คลิก Sites
4. คลิก Add เพิ่ม SharePoint Site เข้า Trusted Sites คลิก Close & OK ปิด Internet Options
5. รีสตาร์ท Internet Explorer เข้า SharePoint Site อีกครั้ง *
* สำคัญ: หากพยายาม Map SharePoint Library (Documents) จาก Windows Server 2012 หรือ 2016 ให้ติดตั้ง Service WebClient บน Server ก่อนดำเนินต่อ
6. เลือก Documents ดานซ้าย จากเมนู All Documents เลือก View on File Explorer
7. หน้าต่าง IE ใหม่ เลือก Options for this site -> Always allow ที่แจ้งเตือน "Internet Explorer blocked a pop-up from…%your SharePoint site%"
8. จะมีหน้าต่าง File Explorer ใหม่เปิดขึ้นพร้อม path ของ SharePoint บน Address Bar
9. Highlight ที่อยู่ที่แสดง คลิกขวา -> Copy ที่อยู่
10. คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน 'This PC' เลือก Map network drive
11. ที่หน้าต่าง 'Map Network Drive':
a. เลือก Drive Letter สำหรับ SharePoint Site ที่ Map
b. Folder Path: คลิกขวา Paste ที่อยู่ที่คัดลอก
c. ติ๊ก Connect using different credentials
d. คลิก Finish
12. ใส่ Credentials ของ SharePoint Site ติ๊ก Remember my credentials คลิก OK
13. หากทุกอย่าง顺利 ควรเห็น SharePoint Site เป็น Network Drive ใน Windows Explorer *
* ขั้นตอนแก้ไขปัญหา:
ทำขั้นตอนด้านล่างหากไม่สามารถ Map SharePoint Documents Library ได้ พร้อมข้อผิดพลาด:

- Path is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
- The mapped network drive could not be created because the following error has occurred: Access Denied. Before opening files in this location, you must first add the web site to your trusted site list, browse to the web site, and select the option to login automatically.
Step 1. ไป Windows Services ตั้ง 'Startup type' ของ WebClient Service เป็น Manual หรือ Automatic รีสตาร์ท PC ตรวจสอบว่า 'WebClient' Running *
* หมายเหตุ: โดยค่าเริ่มต้นใน Server 2012 & 2016 WebClient Service หายไป ต้องติดตั้ง Service
Step 2. เพิ่มไซต์ต่อไปนี้ใน Trusted Sites (ใน Internet Explorer):
- https://*.sharepoint.com
- https://login.microsoft.com
- https://portal.office.com
Step 3. หากเปิดใช้งาน Azure Active Directory Connect ไป Azure Active Directory -> Azure AD Connect ที่ USER SIGN-IN ปิด Seamless Single Sign-On
Step 4. ใน SharePoint มุมซ้ายล่าง คลิก Return to Classic SharePoint Option แล้วทำตามคำแนะนำตั้งแต่ต้น
Step 5. รีสตาร์ท PC ทำตามคำแนะนำอีกครั้ง (อย่างแม่นยำ)
