วิธีปิด Popup Windows Security Login / Network Security Popup ใน Windows

Windows Security Popup ขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง - สาเหตุและวิธีแก้

Popup "Windows Security" หรือ "Enter Network Credentials" ที่ขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง มักเกิดจาก: Credential Manager เก็บข้อมูลเก่า/ผิด, Outlook/Office Authentication Issue, Network Share Access, หรือ VPN/Proxy Settings

วิธีแก้ปัญหา Popup Windows Security ทีละขั้นตอน

1. ล้าง Credential Manager (แก้ 80% ของกรณี)

  1. กด Win + R → พิมพ์ control /name Microsoft.CredentialManager → Enter
  2. หรือ: Control Panel → User Accounts → Credential Manager
  3. แท็บ Windows Credentials
  4. หา รายการที่เกี่ยวกับ: Network Address (IP/Server Name), Outlook/Office, VPN, Share
  5. คลิกขยาย (▼) → Remove ทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  6. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ → ลองเข้าถึงทรัพยากรเครือข่าย/เปิด Outlook ใหม่ → จะขอ Credentials ใหม่ (ใส่ถูกต้องครั้งเดียว)

2. แก้ปัญหา Outlook ขอรหัสผ่านซ้ำ (Outlook Windows Security Popup)

  1. Outlook → File → Account Settings → Account Settings...
  2. เลือก Account → Change
  3. ติ๊ก Use Cached Exchange Mode (ถ้าเป็น Exchange/Microsoft 365)
  4. More Settings → Security → ยืนยัน Always prompt for logon credentials เป็น ไม่ติ๊ก
  5. Next → Finish → Restart Outlook

หรือ: File → Office Account → Sign out → Sign in ใหม่ (Reset Token)

3. ปิด "Require Ctrl+Alt+Del" (Secure Sign-In) - ถ้าเป็น Logon Screen

  1. Win + R → netplwiz → Enter
  2. แท็บ Advanced
  3. ใน Secure sign-in: ยกเลิกติ๊ก Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
  4. Apply → OK

4. ปิด Windows Security Notifications (Action Center)

  1. Settings (Win+I) → Privacy & security → Windows Security
  2. Open Windows Security → Settings (ไอคอนเกียร์) → Notifications
  3. Manage notifications → ปิด Account protection notifications, Firewall & network protection notifications ฯลฯ

5. ใช้ Group Policy / Registry (สำหรับ Pro/Enterprise - ปิด Windows Security ทั้งหมด)

Group Policy (gpedit.msc):

Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Windows Security
→ Turn off Windows Security: Enabled

Registry (Regedit):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender
→ DisableAntiSpyware = 1 (DWORD)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Real-Time Protection
→ DisableBehaviorMonitoring = 1
→ DisableScanOnRealtimeEnable = 1

⚠️ คำเตือน: การปิด Windows Security/Defender ทำให้ระบบ เปราะบางต่อมัลแวร์ ควรทำเฉพาะกรณีจำเป็น (เช่น ทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์, รันแอป Legacy ที่ขัดแย้ง) และต้องมีโซลูชันป้องกันอื่นแทน

6. แก้ปัญหา Network Share / Mapped Drive ขอ Credentials ซ้ำ

  1. Credential Manager → Windows Credentials → ลบรายการ Server/IP นั้นทั้งหมด
  2. Command Prompt (Admin):
net use * /delete /y
# แล้ว Map Drive ใหม่:
net use Z: \\Server\Share /user:DOMAIN\Username Password /persistent:yes

หรือ: Control Panel → Credential Manager → Add a Windows Credential → ใส่ Server/IP, User, Password → OK

7. ตรวจสอบ VPN / Proxy Settings

  • VPN Client บางตัว (Cisco AnyConnect, FortiClient, GlobalProtect) ทำให้ Windows Security Popup ขึ้นเพื่อ Re-authenticate
  • Proxy Settings: Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy → ปิด Use a proxy server (ถ้าไม่ได้ตั้งใจใช้)

การปิด Windows Login Password (Auto-login) - ไม่เกี่ยวกับ Network Security

หากต้องการเข้าระบบ Windows โดยไม่ต้องพิมพ์รหัสผ่าน:

  1. Win + R → netplwiz → Enter
  2. เลือก User Account
  3. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer
  4. Apply → ใส่ Username/Password ปัจจุบัน → OK → OK
  5. Restart

⚠️ เสี่ยงต่อความปลอดภัย: ใครเข้าถึงเครื่องก็ใช้งานได้ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับแล็ปท็อป/เครื่องที่มีข้อมูลสำคัญ

Security Center Service (ถ้า Windows Security ไม่เปิด/Error)

  1. Win + R → services.msc
  2. หา Security Center (wscsvc)
  3. Double-click → Startup type: Automatic (Delayed Start) → Start → OK

  1. 🥇 Clear Credential Manager (Windows Credentials) - แก้ส่วนใหญ่

  4. 🔧 Disable Notifications ใน Windows Security Settings
  5. ⚠️ Disable Windows Security/Defender (GPO/Registry) - เฉพาะกรณีจำเป็น และมีทางเลือกอื่น
  6. 🔧 Auto-login (netplwiz) - ถ้าหมายถึง Login Screen ไม่ใช่ Network Popup

หากปัญหายังคงอยู่: Repair Office (Apps & Features → Modify → Quick Repair/Online Repair) หรือ Create New Windows User Profile
