หลัง Observation Period ผมสร้าง 5 Rules พร้อม Prebuilt Options:
- Block: discount, flash sale, unused offer, ends tonight จาก Retail Apps เก็บ Order Confirmations และ Delivery Updates
- Block: recommended, you might like, trending จาก YouTube และ Spotify เก็บ Subscribed Content จริง
- เก็บ Direct Messages และ Mentions Instagram ในขณะที่ Engagement Alerts ถูก Block
- Gmail Notifications ที่มี Newsletter Language ชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะมี Unsubscribe ถูก Suppress
- Google Android System Alerts: Searchbox, DeskClock, Play Services หายไป ในขณะที่ Critical Alerts อย่าง Battery Low คงอยู่

Pattern มองเห็นแล้ว กด Tab History Select Annoying Alert ใดๆ กด Create Rule เพิ่ม Advanced configurations → enable time limits
Add Filters: Keyword in Title/Body, App-specific, Regex ถ้าจำเป็น เริ่ม 3-5 Rules Over-filtering เริ่มต้นอาจสร้าง Confusion
