วิธีแชร์ไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายใน Windows 10 (Network File Share)

เมื่อต้องการแชร์ไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ ใช้เครือข่ายท้องถิ่น (LAN) เร็วกว่าส่งอีเมลหรือหา USB เพียงตรวจสอบว่าใช้ Private Network (ไม่ใช่ Public) เรียกว่า Network Sharing

เปิดใช้งาน File Sharing ใน Windows 10

เพื่อให้คนอื่นเข้าถึงไฟล์/Printer ที่แชร์ ต้องตั้งค่า Advanced sharing settings:

  1. ค้นหา Control Panel ใน Start → เลือก Best match
  2. Network and Internet → View network status and tasks
  3. แถบซ้าย: Change advanced sharing settings
  4. ขยาย Private (current profile)
  5. Network discovery: เลือก Turn on network discovery และ Turn on automatic setup of network connected devices
  6. File and printer sharing: เลือก Turn on file and printer sharing

เปิด Public Folder Sharing

  1. ทำขั้นตอน 1-3 ข้างบน
  2. ขยาย All Networks
  3. Public folder sharing: เลือก Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in the Public folders

ปิด Password Protected Sharing

ค่าเริ่มต้น: โฟลเดอร์ที่แชร์ ต้องใช้ Username/Password หากแชร์ให้คนรู้จักใน LAN เดียวกัน สะดวกกว่าปิดการป้องกันรหัสผ่าน:

  1. ทำขั้นตอน 1-3 → Change advanced sharing settings
  2. ขยาย All Networks
  3. Password protected sharing: เลือก Turn off password protected sharing
  4. คลิก Save changes

แชร์ไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ผ่าน File Explorer

ฟีเจอร์ built-in นี้ให้ตัวเลือกมากกว่า แชร์ได้กับ Android, Linux, Mac ใน Network เดียวกัน:

  1. เปิด File Explorer → ไปที่โฟลเดอร์ที่จะแชร์
  2. คลิกขวา → Properties
  3. แท็บ Sharing → Share...
  4. หน้าต่าง Network access: เลือก User/Group → Add → Share
  5. Copy หรือ Email Network path
  6. คลิก Done

Permission Level:

  • Read (default): เปิด/ดูไฟล์ได้
  • Read/Write: เปิด, ดู, แก้ไข, ลบ ได้

ใช้ Advanced Settings (ตั้งค่าสิทธิ์ละเอียด)

หากแชร์ให้ Group แต่ต้องการสิทธิ์ต่างกันต่อคน ใช้ Advanced Settings:

  1. File Explorer → โฟลเดอร์เป้าหมาย → คลิกขวา → Properties
  2. แท็บ Sharing → Advanced Sharing
  3. ติ๊ก Share this folder
  4. Permissions → Add → พิมพ์ชื่อ User → Check Names
  5. ในหน้าต่าง Permissions: ติ๊ก Allow/Deny ตามต้องการ
  6. Apply → OK

ตั้งค่า Network Share ให้ถูกต้อง

Network Sharing ทำง่าย แต่ส่วนยากคือ "ให้มันทำงานได้จริง" ปัญหามากที่สุด: ไม่เห็นโฟลเดอร์แชร์, สิทธิ์ผิด บทความนี้ช่วยแก้ไขได้
