วิธีตั้งค่า Network File Sharing บน Windows 10
วิธี 1: แชร์ด้วย Basic Settings (ง่าย/รวดเร็ว)
- Win + E เปิด File Explorer → หาโฟลเดอร์ที่จะแชร์
- คลิกขวา → Properties → แท็บ Sharing → Share...
- Dropdown → เลือก Everyone (หรือ user เฉพาะ) → Add
- Permission Level: Read (ดูได้อย่างเดียว) หรือ Read/Write (แก้/ลบได้) → Share
- เลือก Network profile: Private (แนะนำ) หรือ All networks → บันทึก Network Path (เช่น
\\DESKTOP\Folder) → Done → Close
วิธี 2: แชร์ด้วย Advanced Settings (ควบคุมสิทธิ์ละเอียด)
- Properties → Sharing → Advanced Sharing...
- ติ๊ก Share this folder → Permissions
- Everyone (default) → ตั้งสิทธิ์: Read หรือ Full Control → Apply → OK
แชร์ไฟล์ผ่าน HomeGroup (Windows 10 เวอร์ชันเก่ากว่า 1803)
หมายเหตุ: Windows 10 1803+ ยกเลิก HomeGroup แล้ว ใช้วิธีข้างต้นแทน
สร้าง HomeGroup
- ค้นหา "HomeGroup" → Create a HomeGroup → Next
- เลือกโฟลเดอร์ที่จะแชร์ (Pictures, Videos, Documents, Printers) → Next
- บันทึก Password ที่ระบบสร้างให้ → Finish
เข้าร่วม HomeGroup
- Control Panel → Network and Internet → Choose HomeGroup and sharing options → Join now
- ใส่ Password → Follow wizard
แชร์ไฟล์ใน HomeGroup
File Explorer → คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ → Give access to → HomeGroup (View) หรือ HomeGroup (View and Edit)
แชร์ไฟล์ข้ามอินเทอร์เน็ตด้วย OneDrive
แชร์แบบดูอย่างเดียว (View only)
- Win + E → OneDrive folder → คลิกขวาไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ → Share a OneDrive link
- ลิงก์ถูกคัดลอก → ส่งผ่าน Email/Line/Facebook
แชร์แบบแก้ไขได้ (Edit)
- เปิด OneDrive บนเบราว์เซอร์ → คลิกขวาไฟล์ → Share
- คลิก "Anyone with this link can edit" → ติ๊ก Allow editing
- เลือกวิธีส่ง → Send
