1. Run Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter

2. Re-register .OCX File

Error นี้หมายถึงไฟล์ที่จำเป็นไม่ได้ Registered หรือหายไป การ Register ไฟล์กับ Windows หมายถึง OS จดทะเบียนไฟล์ไว้ใน Database และรู้ว่าอยู่ที่ Directory ใด ให้ App ใดๆ ที่ต้องการเรียกใช้ได้

ขั้นตอน Re-register:

• กด Windows + R เปิด Run Dialog
• พิมพ์ cmd กด CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin
• พิมพ์คำสั่งตาม Architecture ของระบบ:

สำหรับ 64-bit System:

regsvr32 "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSCOMCTL.OCX"

สำหรับ 32-bit System:

regsvr32 "C:\Windows\System32\MSCOMCTL.OCX"

หมายเหตุ: หาก C:\ ไม่ใช่ System Drive ให้เปลี่ยนตามจริง

3. Replace/Restore .OCX File

สามารถกู้คืนไฟล์จาก Recycle Bin หากลบโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ หรือ Copy จากคอมพิวเตอร์ Windows อื่นที่ทำงานปกติและอัปเดตล่าสุด ไปที่ Folder ตาม Architecture (ดูข้อ 2) Copy ไฟล์ไป USB แล้ว Paste ที่คอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีปัญหา

หรือดาวน์โหลด MSCOMCTL.OCX จาก Winbindex เว็บบริการใหม่ที่ให้ดูข้อมูลและดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ Windows OS จาก Microsoft Servers

4. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

หาก App ที่ก่อให้ Error ติดตั้งอยู่แล้วแต่ Error ตอนเปิด ให้รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter:

Windows 11:

• Win + I เปิด Settings
• System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
• หา Windows Store Apps > คลิก Run
• ทำตามหน้าจอ ใช้ Fixes ที่แนะนำ

Windows 10:

• Win + I เปิด Settings
• Update and Security > Troubleshooter Tab
• เลื่อนลงคลิก Windows Store Apps > Run the troubleshooter
• ทำตามหน้าจอ

หากไม่ได้ผล Uninstall App ที่มีปัญหา (แนะนำ Third-party Uninstaller) Reboot แล้วติดตั้งเวอร์ชันล่าสุดใหม่
