File Explorer Crash/Freeze/ไม่เปิดได้ เป็นปัญหาใหญ่เพราะเข้าถึงข้อมูลไม่ได้ ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:
วิธีแก้ไข
1. Restart Explorer Process
- Ctrl + Shift + Esc > Task Manager
- หา Windows Explorer > คลิกขวา > End Task
- File > Run new task > พิมพ์
explorer.exe> Enter
2. Reset File Explorer Defaults
ค้นหา "File Explorer Options" (Folder Options) > ทำทั้ง 3 แท็บ:
- General: Clear File Explorer History + Restore Defaults
- View: Reset Folders + Restore Defaults
- Search: Restore Defaults
Apply > OK
3. Clean Boot Troubleshoot
บูท Clean Boot (Disable Non-Microsoft Services/Startup) ถ้า Explorer ทำงานได้ = Third-party App/Shell Extension ชน
4. ปรับ Display Scaling
Settings > System > Display > ปรับ Scaling 100%, 125% ฯลฯ อย่าใช้ 175%
5. ตรวจสอบ Antivirus/โปรแกรมกันไวรัส
AV บางตัวชน Explorer ลองปิด/Uninstall ชั่วคราวดู
6. สร้าง Shortcut ใหม่
- Unpin Explorer จาก Taskbar
- Desktop > New > Shortcut > พิมพ์
C:\Windows\explorer.exe - ตั้งชื่อ "File Explorer" > Finish
