ใน Windows 11/10 เปิดหน้า Settings ต่างๆ ได้ด้วยคำสั่งต่างๆ หากเจอ error การเชื่อมโยงโปรแกรมตอนเปิด Settings page บทความนี้ช่วยได้ ปัญหาเดียวกันอาจเกิดตอนเปิดไฟล์ภายนอก ข้อความเต็ม:
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.
หากเจอ error นี้ ลองทำดู:
บางคนรายงาน error นี้อาจเกิดจาก Spora ransomware ระวังด้วย
แก้ "This file does not have a program associated with it..."
ก่อนแก้ Registry ให้ backup registry และสร้าง System Restore point
ตรวจสอบ Windows Registry settings ว่าเสียหายหรือไม่ รัน regedit ไปที่:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Lnkfile
ด้านขวา ควรมี string value ชื่อ IsShortcut
หากไม่มี ให้สร้าง: คลิกขวาพื้นที่ว่างด้านขวา New > String value ชื่อ IsShortcut ไม่ต้องตั้งค่า
ตรวจสอบค่าอีกตัว ไปที่:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\Manage\command
ด้านขวา ควรมี Default string value ตั้งค่า default เป็น:
%SystemRoot%\system32\CompMgmtLauncher.exe
หากไม่มี key command ให้สร้างภายใต้ Manager key (อาจต้อง Take Ownership ก่อน)
Image path ผิด/หายไปก็ก่อให้เกิดปัญหา ทุกแอปมี image path ต้องตรวจสอบ ไปที่:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\[app-name]
ด้านขวา หา string value ImagePath
ตรวจสอบว่ามีค่าที่ถูกต้อง ควรชี้ไปที่ exe ของโปรแกรมที่ error
สุดท้าย เปิด Control Panel ตั้ง Default Programs ใน Windows 11/10 กด Win+I เปิด Settings เลือก System เลื่อนลง Default Apps ตั้งค่า default ที่นี่
