ผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถ: คลิกขวา Desktop, เปิด Display Settings/Personalize, เปิด CMD, Double-click, ใช้ Folder Options ได้ ปัญหาร้ายแรง ต้องแก้ด่วน

ข้อแนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1: Registry Fix (แก้ไข .lnk Association)

  1. Windows Key + R > regedit Enter
  2. ไปที่: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile
  3. คลิกขวา lnkfile > New > String Value > ชื่อ IsShortcut Enter
  4. ไปที่: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\Manage\command
  5. ไฮไลท์ command key > ดับเบิลคลิก (Default) ด้านขวา > Value data: %SystemRoot%\system32\CompMgmtLauncher.exe > OK
  6. ปิด Regedit > Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Troubleshooter

หาวิธีที่ 1 ไม่ได้ ให้รัน Troubleshooter ตามวิซาร์ด (Windows จะแก้ File Association ให้อัตโนมัติ)

วิธีที่ 3: เพิ่ม User Account เข้า Administrators Group

  1. Windows Key + R > lusrmgr.msc Enter
  2. คลิก Groups > ดับเบิลคลิก Administrators
  3. Add > ใส่ Username > Check Names > OK (หาไม่รู้ Username: Advanced > Find Now > เลือก User > OK)
  4. Apply > OK > Reboot

วิธีที่ 4: สร้าง User Account ใหม่

  1. Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add someone else to this PC
  2. I don't have this person's sign-in information > Add a user without a Microsoft account
  3. ตั้ง Username/Password > Next

วิธีที่ 5: System Restore

  1. Windows Key + R > sysdm.cpl Enter > System Protection tab > System Restore
  2. Next > เลือก Restore Point > ตามวิซาร์ด > Reboot

วิธีที่ 6: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

  1. ติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
  2. Malwarebytes: Scan > Remove threats
  3. CCleaner: Custom Clean > Windows tab > Analyze > Run Cleaner
  4. Registry tab > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues > Backup > Fix All > Restart

วิธีที่ 7: รัน DISM Tool

  1. CMD (Admin) > รัน: 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    (รอ 15-20 นาที)
  2. หาไม่ได้ผล ลอง DISM Offline Source
  3. หลัง DISM เสร็จ > รัน sfc /scannow > Restart
