วิธีทำ System Restore เมื่อ Windows บูตไม่เข้า Desktop

เมื่อเจอปัญหา Driver ทำให้ระบบไม่เสถียร หรือ Software ทำงานผิดปกติ System Restore เป็นฟีเจอร์สำคัญใน Windows 11/10 ให้ย้อนกลับไปจุดที่ระบบทำงานปกติ แต่บางครั้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงทำให้ Windows บูตไม่ได้ บทความนี้แนะนำวิธีทำ System Restore เมื่อ Windows 11/10 บูตไม่เข้า Desktop

ทำ System Restore เมื่อ Windows 11/10 บูตไม่ได้

ขั้นตอน:

1. Interrupt บูต Windows 10: เปิดเครื่อง และทันทีที่เห็นโลโก้ Windows กดค้างปุ่ม Power เพื่อปิดเครื่องบังคับ
2. ทำซ้ำ 2-4 ครั้ง Windows จะเปิด Advanced Startup Options menu ให้
3. ที่หน้าจอ Advanced Startup Options เลือก Advanced Options
4. เลือก Troubleshoot
5. ภายใต้ Advanced options เลือก System Restore

หรือใช้ Windows 10 Installation Media บูตเข้าสู่ Advanced Startup Options ติดต่อผู้ผลิต PC (หรือดู Manual) เพื่อเปลี่ยน Boot order ให้บูตจาก USB

บนเครื่องที่ทำงานได้ ให้สร้าง Windows 10 Installation USB (สร้างได้บน Linux หรือ Mac ก็ได้)

จากนั้น:

• บูตเครื่องที่ผิดปกติด้วย Installation Media
• ปรากฏ Windows Setup dialog
• ตั้งค่า Time/Currency, Keyboard, Language
• คลิก Next
• คลิก Repair your computer มุมซ้ายล่าง
• จาก Choose an option คลิก Troubleshoot
• คลิก Advanced Options ใน Troubleshoot
• ใน Advanced Options คลิก System Restore
• Windows จะเตรียม System Restore (อาจรีสตาร์ท)
• พร้อมแล้ว จะให้เลือก User account
• เลือก Account ที่เป็น Administrator
• หน้าจอถัดไป เลือก Keyboard layout แล้วใส่รหัสผ่าน
• คลิก Continue

System Restore จะเริ่มทำงาน ขั้นตอนต่อไปเหมือนปกติ
