หากทราบ IP address และ port number ของ network สามารถตั้งค่า Proxy server ด้วยตนเองได้ ดังนั้น หาก network administrator ให้ IP address และ port number แทน Proxy URL นี่คือวิธีสำหรับคุณ
เปิด Proxy Settings โดยค้นหาจาก Start menu เลื่อนลงไป Manual proxy setup เปิด Use a proxy server ใส่ IP address และ port number ใน Address และ Port ตามลำดับ สามารถเปิดผ่าน Windows 10 Settings > Network and Internet > Proxy > Manual proxy setup ได้เช่นกัน
