The system image restore failed. Windows cannot restore a system image to a computer that has different firmware. The system image was created on a computer using BIOS and this computer is using EFI.

วิธีแก้ไขบน Windows 10:
- Reset BIOS หรือ UEFI Settings เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น

- เปิดใช้งาน Legacy หรือ CSM Boot Support
- สร้าง Bootable USB Drive ที่เข้ากันได้

ก่อนกู้คืน System Image ให้ลอง Reset BIOS Configuration ดู อาจแก้ปัญหาได้ การ Reset จะคืนค่าการตั้งค่าที่ผิดปกติกลับสู่ค่าที่ถูกต้อง
2] ตรวจสอบว่า HDD/ไดรฟ์ทั้งสองเข้ากันได้
ต้องทราบว่าระบบไฟล์แบบไหน (GPT หรือ MBR) แล้วสร้าง Bootable Device บนระบบไฟล์เดียวกัน พร้อมเปิด Legacy หรือ UEFI Support ตามที่เลือก
หากบูตด้วย UEFI: ทั้งสองไดรฟ์ต้องเป็น GPT
หากบูตด้วย Legacy BIOS: ทั้งสองไดรฟ์ต้องเป็น MBR
UEFI คู่กับ GPT, BIOS คู่กับ MBR - ไม่มีทางเลือกอื่น
3] เปิดใช้งาน Legacy หรือ CSM Boot Support
ใช้ได้เฉพาะกรณีใช้ระบบไฟล์ MBR
ไป Settings > Update & Security > Advanced Startup options > Restart Now จะรีบูทเข้า Advanced Options
เลือก Troubleshoot > Advanced Options จะเห็น System Restore, Startup Repair, Command Prompt, System Image Recovery, UEFI Firmware Settings
เปิด Legacy Support (มักอยู่ในส่วน Boot) > Save changes and exit > PC จะรีบูท
ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้ไขหรือยัง
4] สร้าง Bootable USB Drive ที่เข้ากันได้
ใช้ Rufus สร้าง Bootable USB ในส่วน Partition scheme and target system type เลือก:
- GPT partition scheme for UEFI computer
- MBR partition scheme for BIOS or UEFI-CSM
