แก้ไข Control Panel เปิดไม่ได้ใน Windows 11/10

Control Panel เปิดไม่ได้ อาจเพราะ Malware, ไฟล์ .CPL เสียหาย หรือ File Association ชำรุด สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน troubleshoot

6 วิธีแก้ไข

1. Scan Malware: ใช้ Antivirus สแกนเต็มเครื่อง
2. Safe Mode / Clean Boot: เปิด Control Panel ใน Safe Mode ได้ไหม? ได้ = Startup program ไหนชน ใช้ Clean Boot หาตัวร้าย
3. เปิดผ่าน File Explorer:
   • Win + E > Address Bar: %SystemRoot%\System32
   • ค้นหา *.cpl > คลิก appwiz.cpl ดูเปิดได้ไหม
   • หรือ Win + R > appwiz.cpl
4. Run SFC: CMD Admin > sfc /scannow > Restart
5. ตรวจ File Association .cpl:
   • เปิด inetcpl.cpl (Internet Options) > Programs Tab > Set Associations
   • ตั้ง .cpl ให้เปิดด้วย Windows Control Panel
6. System Restore / Reset PC: หาไม่ได้ ให้ Restore หรือ Reset Windows

ตรวจสอบไฟล์ .cpl แต่ละตัวใน System32 หากไฟล์ไหนเปิดไม่ได้ = ไฟล์นั้นเสียหาย (Third-party ควรลบ, System file ให้รัน SFC)
