แก้ไข Windows Services เริ่มต้นไม่ได้ใน Windows 11/10

เพื่อให้ Windows OS ทำงานราบรื่น Windows Services ต้อง Start เมื่อจำเป็น แต่บางครั้งอาจพบ Windows Services เริ่มต้นไม่ได้ หากเจอปัญหานี้บน Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, หรือ Windows Vista นี่คือจุดที่ควรพิจารณาในการ Troubleshoot

แก้ไข Windows Services จะไม่ Start

Windows Services คือ Applications ที่เริ่มต้นตอน Boot และรันเงียบๆ ใน Background จนกว่าจะ Shutdown อย่างเคร่งครัด Service คือ Windows application ที่ Implement ด้วย Services API แต่ Services มักจัดการ Low-level tasks ที่ต้องการ User interaction น้อยหรือไม่มี สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

1. เช็ค Services Startup type
2. Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State
3. รัน SFC และ DISM
4. Troubleshoot Specific Services ดังนี้
5. ลอง Hotfix นี้
6. ลอง Fix It นี้
7. ใช้ System Restore
8. Reset Windows 10

1] เช็ค Services Startup type

จัดการ Windows Services: เปิด Run box พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter เปิด Services Manager ตั้ง Startup type เป็น Automatic, Delayed, Manual หรือ Disabled เช็คว่า Service ที่มีปัญหาไม่ได้ตั้งเป็น Disabled ลอง Start ด้วยตนเองด้วยปุ่ม Start

2] Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State

Boot เข้า Safe Mode ดูว่า Service Start ได้ไหม บางครั้ง Non-Microsoft services หรือ Drivers ขัดจังหวะ System Services ทำ Clean Boot เช็คได้

3] รัน SFC และ DISM

รัน System File Checker คือ รัน sfc /scannow จาก Elevated command prompt Reboot หลังเสร็จ เช็ค Windows 10/8.1 users อาจ Repair Windows System Image ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม

4] Troubleshoot Specific Services ดังนี้

หากเจอปัญหา Start บาง Services เฉพาะ เช็คว่าบทความไหนช่วยได้:

• Windows Time, Windows Firewall, Windows Event Log, services fail to start
• Windows could not start the Windows Update service on Local Computer
• Windows Time Service not working
• Windows Firewall service does not start
• Windows Event Log Service not starting
• Windows Security Center service can't be started
• Windows could not start the WLAN AutoConfig service
• Windows Search service stops
• Windows Defender Service Couldn't Be Started
• User Profile Service failed the logon
• Group Policy Client Service failed to start
• Problem uploading to the Windows Error Reporting service
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service giving problems
• Failed to connect to a Windows service
• Cryptographic Service Provider reported an error
• Windows Wireless Service is not running on this computer.

5] ลอง Hotfix นี้

หากเจอปัญหาบน Windows 7 หรือ Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 - Delay นานก่อน Services พร้อมหลัง Install application ไปที่ KB2839217 ขอ Hotfix เกิดได้เมื่อ Application สร้างไฟล์ที่ Filename ยาวกว่า 127 ตัวอักษร

6] ลอง Fix It นี้

หากได้ Error Windows could not start the Windows Firewall, DHCP client, or Diagnostic Policy on Local Computer บน Windows 7 หรือ Vista ใช้ Fix It จาก KB943996

7] ใช้ System Restore

ลอง Restore Windows ด้วย System restore point ที่ดีก่อนหน้านี้

8] Reset Windows 11/10

หากไม่มีวิธีไหนช่วย อาจต้อง Refresh หรือ Reset PC ใน Windows 11/10
