Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) ช่วยเชื่อมต่อ 2 ระบบระยะไกล เราเคยดูวิธี Enable/Disable RDP แตตอนเชื่อม Remote Desktop บน Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 หรือ Vista บางครั้งเจอ Licensing Error โดยทั่วไปจะได้ข้อความ:
The remote session was disconnected because there are no Remote Desktop client access licenses available for this computer. Please contact the server administrator.
Root Cause: Terminal Server (TS) หา License Server ไม่เจอ ทำให้ไม่สามารถเชื่อม Remote Desktop ได้

ถ้าเจอบน Windows Server เช็คว่า License Server ติดตั้งถูกต้อง และ Terminal Server Licensing Service Run อยู่ ถ้าไม่ช่วย ตามขั้นตอน:
การแก้ Registry ผิดอาจส่งผลร้ายต่อระบบ ระวังและสร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน
1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit ใน Run Dialog Enter เปิด Registry Editor
2. ใน Left Pane ของ Registry Editor ไปที่:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing
3. ในหน้าต่างข้างบน คลิกขวา Key MSLicensing เลือก Export Backup Registry Key เป็นไฟล์ .reg คลิกขวา Key เดียวกัน เลือก Delete
ยืนยันลบ Registry Key กด Yes
หลังลบ ปิด Registry Editor Restart เครื่อง ครั้งต่อไปที่เปิด Remote Desktop Client Key ที่ลบจะ Rebuild เอง แก้ปัญหาได้
