- ไปแท็บ General พิมพ์ Computer's IP Address และ Username ของระบบที่จะ Remote แล้วคลิก Connect
- เชื่อมต่อ Remote Desktop Session สำเร็จ ใช้ CTRL+ALT+END แทน CTRL+ALT+Delete

วิธีที่ 2: On-Screen Keyboard
อีกวิธีหนึ่งให้ CTRL + ALT + Del ทำงานขณะ Remote Desktop:

ถ้าจะใช้ Ctrl + Alt + Del แค่เพื่อ เปิด Task Manager บน Remote Desktop ไม่ต้องใช้วิธีนี้ คลิกขวาที่ Taskbar เลือก Task Manager ได้เลย
