- Enterprise ได้ KMS Key ตั้ง In-house KMS Server
- Server ตัวเดียวต่อ Internet, ดึง License จาก Client Verify กับ Microsoft
ข้อดี: Reinstall ใช้ Key เดิมได้ (Count ไม่ลด) แต่ต้อง Sync KMS ทุก 180 วัน
