ทำความเข้าใจ TAP-Windows Adapters และวิธาลบอย่างปลอดภัย

  1. Terminate VPN Connection และ VPN Programs ที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อน
  2. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ "devmgmt.msc" Enter หรือ OK เปิด Device Manager
  3. ใน Device Manager Scroll ลง Network adapters Expand Menu
  4. Locate TAP-Windows Adapter V9 เช็คว่ามี Exclamation Mark หรือไม่ ถ้ามี Reinstall Driver จะแก้ปัญหานี้
  5. Right-click Driver เลือก Uninstall Device
  6. หลัง Uninstall Windows Adapter V9 Driver เปิด VPN Client อีกครั้ง ขึ้นกับ VPN Software ที่ใช้ จะ Download Driver อัตโนมัติ หรือ Prompt ให้ Download Network Driver เอง

วิธีที่ 3: ลบ TAP-Windows Adapter V9

ถ้ายังมีปัญหา ไม่ต้องกังวล วิธีดีที่สุดคือลบ VPN Program และเชื่อมอินเทอร์เน็ตต่อ บางคนรายงานว่าหลังลบ Driver แล้ว มันกลับมาตอน Reboot ทุกครั้ง ดังนั้น Uninstall Tap Windows Adapter Driver จาก Device Manager ไม่ง่ายขึ้นอยู่กับ VPN Software ที่ใช้ เพราะหลาย VPN Programs ทำงานแบบ Startup Service เช็ค Missing Driver และ Install ใหม่ทุกครั้งที่ลบ
