เช็คว่า PC รับอัปเกรด Windows 11 ฟรีได้ไหม: วิธีตรวจสอบ

Windows 11 21H2 ปล่อยพร้อมฟีเจอร์ใหม่ ความปลอดภัย เน้น Productivity Microsoft ยืนยัน Windows 11 ฟรีสำหรับ Windows 10 ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ แต่ไม่ใช่ทุกเครื่อง อุปกรณ์ต้องผ่าน Windows 11 System Requirements และ PC Health Check ก่อน จะมีอัปเดตใน Settings ต้องการอัปเกรดฟรี ต้องเช็คก่อนว่า PC พร้อมหรือไม่ บทความนี้แนะนำวิธีเช็ค

ข้อกำหนดขั้นต่ำ Windows 11

Microsoft กำหนดข้อกำหนดพื้นฐาน:

• Processor: 64-bit 1 GHz+; Intel 8th Gen+ / AMD Ryzen 3+ / Snapdragon 7c+
• RAM: 4 GB+
• Storage: 64 GB+
• Graphics: DirectX 12+; WDDM 2.0+
• Display: HD (720p) 9"+ 8-bit color+

เพิ่มเติม: ต้องมี TPM (Trusted Platform Module), UEFI Firmware (ไม่รองรับ Legacy BIOS), Secure Boot

Microsoft ต้องการมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย PC เก่าไม่รองรับเพราะขาดฟีเจอร์เหล่านี้

เช็คความเข้ากันได้ด้วย PC Health Check

ใช้ Tool Microsoft PC Health Check เช็คง่ายๆ

• ดาวน์โหลด PC Health Check จากเว็บทางการ
• คลิกขวา > Run as administrator
• Run > Accept Terms > Install
• เสร็จ ติ๊ก Open Windows PC Health Check > Finish

• หน้า "PC health at a glance" > Introducing Windows 11 > Check now
• จะได้: "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements" หรือ "This PC can't run Windows 11"

หมายเหตุ: CPU ผ่านแต่ TPM/Secure Boot ไม่ผ่าน ให้ Enable ตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง

เปิดใช้งาน TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

TPM ชิปฮาร์ดแวร์บนเมนบอร์ดสมัยใหม่ Crypto-processor เพิ่มความปลอดภัย Generate/Store/Limit Cryptographic Keys Windows 11 ต้องการ TPM 2.0

เช็ค TPM 2.0 บน Windows 10:

• Win + R tpm.msc Enter
• Expand Status > TPM Manufacturer Info ยืนยัน TPM และ Version

มี TPM Chip จะเห็น Info/Status ถ้า "Compatible TPM cannot be found" = ปิดใน UEFI หรือไม่มี TPM เข้ากันได้

เปิด TPM 2.0:

• Win + I > Update & Security > Recovery
• Advanced startup > Restart now
• Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart

• เข้า BIOS/UEFI (Advanced/Security/Boot ตามเมนบอร์ด) > หา TPM 2.0 > Enabled

ไม่มี TPM Chip: AMD = fTPM (firmware TPM 2.0) หรือ AMD fTPM Switch; Intel = PTT (Platform Trust Technology)

เปิดใช้งาน Secure Boot

Secure Boot อยู่ใต้ UEFI Interface ระหว่าง OS, Firmware, Hardware ฟีเจอร์ความปลอดภัย ให้ Boot แค่ Software ที่ OEM Trusted ป้องกัน Malware หนีควบคุมตอนบูท

เช็ค Secure Boot:

• Win + R msinfo32 Enter
• System Summary (ซ้าย) > หา Secure Boot State = On = เปิดอยู่ หากไม่ใช่ ให้ Enable เอง

• Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart
• BIOS/UEFI > Advanced/Security/Boot > Secure Boot > Enabled

ได้ Windows 11 ยังไง?

ง่ายสุด: เช็ค Windows Update บน Windows 10 ที่รองรับและอัปเดตล่าสุด แต่ Microsoft เปิดตัวช้า หลายเดือน PC อาจยังไม่เห็น
