ขั้นตอนอัปเกรด Windows 10 ฟรี
1. เตรียมตัวก่อนเริ่ม
- บันทึก Product Key Windows 7/8/8.1 (หากไม่มี ใช้ NirSoft ProduKey ดึงมาได้ เก็บไว้เผื่อใช้ภหลัง)
- Backup ไฟล์สำคัญ เผื่อเกิดข้อผิดพลาด
2. ตรวจสอบ System Requirements

3. อัปเกรดด้วย Media Creation Tool (Upgrade This PC Now)
- ไป Download Windows 10 Website (Microsoft Official)
- ภายใต้ "Create Windows 10 Installation Media" คลิก Download Tool Now
- คลิกขวา MediaCreationTool.exe > Run as Administrator
- ยอมรับ Terms & Conditions
- เลือก Upgrade This PC Now > Next
- Tool จะตรวจสอบความเข้ากันได้ > ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ Windows 10 จากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Microsoft (เวลาขึ้นอยู่กับอินเทอร์เน็ต/ฮาร์ดแวร์)
- ยอมรับ License Terms อีกครั้ง
- เลือก: Keep Personal Files and Apps หรือ Keep Personal Files Only หรือ Nothing (Start Fresh) > Install
หมายเหตุ: ทุกตัวเลือก จะลบ Apps และ Settings ทั้งหมด (ยกเว้น Universal Apps บางส่วน)
- Windows 10 จะติดตั้ง ใช้เวลานาน รีสตาร์ทหลายครั้ง
- เสร็จแล้ว จะได้ Digital License ที่: Settings > Update & Security > Activation
4. ทางเลือกอื่น: Clean Install ด้วย ISO
- สร้าง Installation Media (USB/DVD) จาก Media Creation Tool
- Clean Install Windows 10 > Activate ด้วย Product Key Windows 7/8/8.1 เดิม
- หรือดาวน์โหลด Windows 10 ISO ตรงจาก Microsoft แล้ว Clean Install + Activate
