ข้อกำหนด (Requirements)

  • PC ปลายทาง (Host) ต้องเป็น Windows 10 Pro หรือ Enterprise (Home Edition ไม่ได้)
  • Remote Desktop ต้องเปิดใช้งานบน Host
  • อุปกรณ์ต้นทาง (Client) ต้องมี Remote Desktop App (ฟรี: Microsoft Store, Google Play, Mac App Store)
  • Windows เก่า/Windows IoT Enterprise: ดาวน์โหลด Remote Desktop Client ตามระบบ (64-bit, 32-bit, ARM64)

เปิดใช้งาน Remote Desktop บน Windows 10 (Host)

  1. Start > Settings > System > Remote Desktop
  2. Slider Enable Remote Desktop = On
  3. ยืนยัน Confirm
  4. จด PC name ใน "How to connect to this PC" - จะใช้ตอนเชื่อมต่อจาก Client
  5. ดูใครเข้าถึงได้: User Accounts > Select users that can remotely access this PC > หน้าต่าง Remote Desktop Users - Admin และรายชื่อในนี้เข้าถึงได้
  6. เพิ่มผู้ใช้: Add… (ต้องมี Account บน Host ก่อน - สร้างใหม่ได้จากลิงก์ User Account ในหน้าต่างนี้)
  7. กด OK ปิด - เปิดใช้งาน Remote Desktop ให้ผู้ใช้เหล่านั้นแล้ว

ใช้ Remote Desktop App เข้า Windows 10 (Client)

ขั้นตอนคล้ายกัน Windows/Android/iOS - สอน Windows 10

  1. ติดตั้ง App จากลิงก์ข้างบน
  2. เปิด App > + Add > PCs (เพิ่ม Workspace ได้ด้วย)
  3. PC name: ใส่ชื่อ Host PC > User account: เลือก/เพิ่มบัญชี (+) > Display name: ตั้งชื่อช่วยจำ (หาสร้างหลาย Connection) > Save
  4. เลือก PC ที่สร้าง
  5. อาจมี Certificate Warning - เครื่องตัวเอง? Don't ask about this certificate again > Connect anyway
  6. กรอก Password > Connect
  7. ครั้งแรกใช้เวลาสักครู่ - รอเลย
  8. เชื่อมต่อสำเร็จ: แถบดำกลางบน - กดจุดไข่สาม (…) > Disconnect หรือ Full-Screen

ใช้ Remote Desktop Client (รุ่นเก่า) เข้า Windows 10

เคยใช้ Remote Desktop บน Vista/7/8.1? Client รุ่นเก่ายังมาพร้อม Windows 10 - App ใหม่ไม่ได้ ลอง Client เก่า (และกลับกัน)

  1. เปิด Remote Desktop Client (ใน Start Menu 长这样)
  2. Show Options - เปิดตั้งค่าทั้งหมด
  3. แท็บ: General, Display, Local Resources, Experience, Advanced - Default อื่นๆ ปกติพอ - โฟกัส General
  4. ใส่ Computer: (ชื่อ Host) User name: > ถูกติ๊ก Allow me to save credentials (Optional) > Save as… สร้าง Shortcut เชื่อมต่อง่าย
  5. Connect
  6. Trust Connection? เครื่องตัวเอง: Don't ask about this certificate again > Connect (Copy/Paste ระหว่าง Client-Host ได้ผ่าน Clipboard)
  7. รอเชื่อมต่อครั้งแรกสักครู่
  8. กรอก Password > ถูกติ๊ก remember me > OK - เข้า Host แล้ว
  9. แถบน้ำเงินกลางบน - ไอคอนสัญญาณ: เช็คคุณภาพ Connection (Troubleshoot Performance) - ออก: Sign out Windows บน Host
