Google Play Store ติดตั้งแอปฟรี/เสียเงินได้ แต่บางคนเจอ Google Play error 963 ระหว่างดาวน์โหลด/อัปเดต เกิดจากเขียนข้อมูลลง Storage ไม่ได้ บทความนี้มี 9 วิธีแก้ไข

วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยนเครือข่ายที่เสถียร
อินเทอร์เน็ตช้า/ขาดทำให้ Error 963 ตรวจสอบ Wi-Fi range หรือเปลี่ยน Wi-Fi
วิธีที่ 2: ย้ายแอปจาก SD Card ไป Internal Storage
แอปบน SD Card อาจทำให้อัปเดตล้มเหลว (SD ไม่รองรับแอปใหญ่/พื้นที่ไม่พอ):
- Settings (ไอคอนฟันเฟืองแถบแจ้งเตือน)
- Apps & notifications
- See all [number] Apps
- เลือกแอปที่ก่อให้เกิด Error 963 > Move to Device Storage

วิธีที่ 3: ลบและเพิ่มบัญชี Google ใหม่ (Re-add Google Account)
- Settings (แถบแจ้งเตือน > ฟันเฟือง)
- Accounts
- Google > เลือกบัญชีที่ใช้ดาวน์โหลด
- REMOVE ACCOUNT
- หน้าเดิม > Add account > Google > ล็อกอินใหม่
วิธีที่ 4: ถอดและเสียบ SD Card ใหม่ (Re-insert SD Card)
- Settings > Storage
- Eject (Unmount)
- ถอด SD Card > เสียบใหม่ > เช็ค Error 963

วิธีที่ 7: Uninstall Play Store Updates
อัปเดต Play Store ใหม่อาจมีบั๊ก ถอนอัปเดตกลับ版本โรงงาน:
- Settings (แถบแจ้งเตือน > ฟันเฟือง)
- Apps & notifications
- App info
- ค้นหา Google Play Store
- สามจุด (...) > Uninstall Updates
