วิธี 1: ปิด Cortana
หลายคนรายงานว่าปิด "Hey Cortana" แล้ว CPU ลงทันที
- Win+I > Cortana > Talk to Cortana > ปิด Hey Cortana
- หรือคลิกขวา Taskbar > Cortana > Hidden
วิธี 2: Uninstall Audio Driver แล้วให้ Windows ติดตั้งใหม่
