AAM Updates Notifier คืออะไร?

เป็นส่วนประกอบของ Adobe Applications (Adobe Application Manager Updates Notifier) พบบ่อยกับ Adobe Acrobat และโปรแกรม PDF อื่นๆ หน้าที่: แจ้งเตือนใน System Tray ว่ามี Update ใหม่

ตำแหน่งปกติ: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\UWA\

AAM Updates Notifier เป็นภัยคุกคามหรือไม่?

โอกาสน้อยมากที่จะเป็นไวรัส แต่มัลแวร์บางตัวปลอมตัวเป็น Process นี้ ตรวจสอบด้วย VirusTotal (70 Engine)

1. Ctrl+Shift+Esc → Task Manager → Processes → Background processes → หา AAM Updates Notifier Application

2. คลิกขวา → Open File Location
3. ถ้าตำแหน่งไม่ใช่ C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\UWA\ → อาจเป็นมัลแวร์
4. อัปโหลดไฟล์ไป VirusTotal → รอผล → ถ้า Engine ตรวจพบ < 15 = False Positive

ถ้าตรวจพบติดเชื้อจริง → ใช้ Malwarebytes Deep Scan กำจัด

วิธีแก้ Error ของ AAM Updates Notifier

สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้:

• AAM Update Notifier Executable เสียหาย – ลบ AAM Updater, AAMUpdaterInventory แล้ว Reinstall Adobe Application Manager
• Creative Suite Installation เสียหาย – Repair หรือ Reinstall
• 3rd Party AV บล็อกการเชื่อมต่อ Adobe Server – ปิด Real-time Protection หรือเปลี่ยน AV
• AAM Updater Scheduled Task เรียก Executable ทุกวัน – ปิด Task ใน Task Scheduler
• Adobe Acrobat Update Service เรียก AAM Update Notifier – ปิด Service นี้

วิธีที่ 1: Repair/Reinstall Adobe Creative Suite

1. Win+R → appwiz.cpl → Enter

2. หา Creative Suite → คลิกขวา → Repair → ทำตามขั้นตอน → Restart

3. ถ้ายัง Error → Uninstall แทน Repair

4. Restart → ไปเว็บ Adobe Creative Cloud → Sign in → Download ตัวใหม่ → Install → ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 2: ลบ AAM Updater ทั้งหมด แล้ว Reinstall Adobe Application Manager

1. File Explorer → C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe → ลบโฟลเดอร์ Adobe Application Manager, AAM Updater, AAMUpdaterInventory
2. ไป C:\ProgramData\Adobe → ลบ AAMUpdater (เปิด View → Hidden Items)
3. Win+R → %APPDATA% → Enter → Local\Adobe → ลบ AAMUpdater

4. Restart
5. ไป Adobe Application Manager Download → Proceed to Download → Download Now → Install → Restart → ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Real-time Protection ของ 3rd Party AV

คลิกขวา Tray Icon AV → Disable Real-time Protection/Shield

หรือถอน 3rd Party AV ใช้ Windows Security แทน (ดูวิธีถอนที่นี่)

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Task ของ AAM Updater ใน Task Scheduler

Workaround: หยุด Error แต่อาจสูญเสีย Auto-update บางอย่าง

1. Win+R → taskschd.msc → Enter

2. Task Scheduler Library (ซ้าย) → ขวา Double-click Adobe AAMUpdater

3. คลิกขวา AdobeAAMUpdater → Disable
4. Close → Restart → ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Adobe Acrobat Update Service

หยุด Service เรียก AAM Update Notifier (สูญเสีย Auto-update Adobe)

1. Win+R → services.msc → Enter

2. หา Adobe Acrobat Update Service → คลิกขวา Properties

3. แท็บ General → Startup type: Disabled → OK

4. Restart → ทดสอบ
