ควรปิด ActivateWindowsSearch (Windows Search) หรือไม่?

เหตุผลยอดนิยม: เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบ (Performance) บนเครื่องสเปกต่ำ การปิด Indexing ช่วยได้

วิธีปิด ActivateWindowsSearch (Windows Search)

ขั้นตอนต่างกันตาม Windows Version

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Windows Search ใน Windows 7 และ 8/8.1

ใช้ Windows Features (ง่ายกว่า Win 10) จะลบ Feature Search ทั้งหมด (Search boxes, Settings ฯลฯ)

1. Ctrl+Shift+Esc → Task Manager → Processes → หา Microsoft Windows Search → End Task

2. Win+R → appwiz.cpl → Enter

3. คลิก Turn Windows features on or off (ซ้าย)

4. หา Windows Search → ยกเลิกติ๊ก → OK

5. Yes ยืนยัน → รอ → Restart
6. Windows Search ถูกปิดเรียบร้อย

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Windows Search ใน Windows 10

ใช้ Services Utility (ไม่ลบ UI Elements ของ Search ออก)

1. Win+R → services.msc → Enter

2. Services (Local) → หา Windows Search → Double-click

3. แท็บ General → Startup type: Disabled → Apply

4. เสร็จสิ้น ถ้าต้องการเปิดใหม่: Startup type → Automatic (Delayed Start)
