BEST FIX: TiWorker.exe ใช้ CPU สูงมาก

TiWorker (Windows Modules Installer Worker) เกี่ยวข้องกับ Windows Update ปกติเกิดหลังอัปเดต ถ้า Process ใช้ CPU สูง จะทำให้คอมช้า แอพแล็ก CPU ร้อน เพราะใช้ Thread ทั้งหมดประมวลผลคำขอจาก TiWorker.exe

นี่คือ 5 วิธีแก้ปัญหา TiWorker.exe ใช้ CPU สูง:

วิธีที่ 1: ซ่อมไฟล์เสียหาย

ดาวน์โหลดรัน Restoro สแกนซ่อมไฟล์เสีย/หายจาก ที่นี่ เช็คว่า CPU Usage ของ TiWorker.exe ลดลงหรือยัง หาไม่ได้ → วิธีที่ 2

วิธีที่ 2: รัน System Maintenance

  1. Windows + X → Control Panel
  2. เลือก Find and Fix Problems → View All (ซ้าย)
  3. เลือก System Maintenance → Next
  4. รอ Troubleshooter รันเสร็จ → เช็คว่าปัญหาหายหรือยัง

วิธีที่ 3: รัน Windows Updates

Windows 8/8.1: Windows + X → Control Panel → Windows Updates → ซ้าย: Check for updates

Windows 10: Windows + A → All Settings → Windows Updates (ซ้าย) → Check for Updates

วิธีที่ 5: Whitelist "msmpeng.exe" และ Restart Windows Update

ปัญหานี้ยังเกิดจาก Windows Update ถูกบล็อกโดย Windows Defender หรือ Antivirus ตัวอื่น → Conflict → ไฟล์ Update เสีย → CPU Spike วิธีแก้: Whitelist msmpeng.exe จาก Antivirus

  1. ค้นหา Command Prompt → Run as Administrator
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่ง Enter: 
    powershell -Command Add-MpPreference -ExclusionProcess "msmpeng.exe"
  3. คำสั่งนี้ Exclude Process จาก Windows Defender (ถ้ามี Antivirus ตัวที่ 3 ให้ Whitelist เอง)
  4. Restart Windows Update Services และล้างข้อมูลเก่า: เปิด CMD Admin อีกครั้ง พิมพ์ทีละบรรทัด:
    net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc
  5. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ → เช็คว่าปัญหาหายหรือยัง

วิธีที่ 6: รัน System File Checker (SFC)

  1. Windows + W → พิมพ์ cmd → คลิกขวา cmd → Run as Administrator
  2. ใน CMD พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
  3. รอ 30-50 นาที จะได้ผล 2 แบบ:
    a) Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations (ไม่ต้องทำอะไร)
    b) Windows Resource Protection Found Corrupt Files... → ใน CMD เดียวกัน พิมพ์:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  4. รอจบการซ่อมแซม → Reboot → ทดสอบ

หมายเหตุ: บางคนรายงาน System and Compressed Memory ใช้ CPU สูง ถ้าเจอ ให้อ่านคู่มือ System and Compressed Memory
