Sound Recorder เป็นโปรแกรมบันทึกเสียงมาพร้อม Windows ใช้บันทึกเสียง สนทนา บรรยาย หากใช้โปรแกรมอื่นแทน และไม่ต้องการใช้ Sound Recorder แล้ว แทนที่จะลบ ให้ Disable ชั่วคราว สำหรับ User บางคนหรือทุก User
การตั้งค่าอยู่ใน Local Group Policy Editor (Windows Home ไม่มี) จึงมี Registry Editor Method ด้วย
ปิด Sound Recorder ผ่าน Local Group Policy Editor
gpedit.msc มี Policy ชื่อ "Do not allow Sound Recorder to run" Enable เพื่อบล็อกการเข้าถึง
หมายเหตุ: Windows Home ข้ามวิธีนี้ ใช้ Registry Editor แทน
- Win+R >
gpedit.msc> Enter
- Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Sound Recorder
- Double-click Do not allow Sound Recorder to run > Enabled > Apply/OK
- User จะใช้ Sound Recorder ไม่ได้
- Enable กลับ: เปลี่ยนเป็น Not Configured หรือ Disabled
ปิด Sound Recorder ผ่าน Registry Editor
Registry เป็น Central Database เก็บการตั้งค่าระบบ สร้าง/แก้ไข Keys/Values ได้ แนะนำ Backup Registry ก่อน
Value ใส่ได้ทั้ง Current User (HKCU) และ All Users (HKLM) Path เหมือนกัน Hive ต่างกัน
- Win+R >
regedit> Enter > Yes (UAC)
- ไปที่:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\SoundRecorder - หา SoundRecorder Key ไม่มี สร้างใหม่: Right-click Microsoft Key > New > Key > ชื่อ SoundRecorder
- Right pane > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value > ชื่อ Soundrec
- Double-click Soundrec > Value Data = 1
- Restart Computer
- Enable กลับ: Value Data = 0 หรือ Delete Soundrec
