วิธีแก้ #2: รีเซต Windows Update Services

อีกวิธีแก้ Windows Update errors ที่มีประสิทธิภาพคือ reset Windows Update components ขั้นตอน:

  1. กด Windows + X เปิด Power menu
  2. เลือก Windows PowerShell (Admin) จากรายการ

หลังเปลี่ยนชื่อแล้ว กลับไป Services เปลี่ยน Startup type ของ Windows Modules Installer service กลับค่าเดิม

วิธีแก้ #4: Restart Diagnostics Policy Service

ถ้าเจอ error 0x80070015 เพราะ Diagnostics Policy Service ไม่ได้รัน ต้อง restart service เพื่อแก้ไข

ขั้นตอน:

  1. คลิกขวา Start เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันคำสั่งทีละอันใน Command Prompt กด Enter ทุกบรรทัด:
    net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
    net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
    exit
  3. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์หลังรันคำสั่ง
  4. เปิด Services ตามขั้นตอนข้างต้น
  5. หา Diagnostic Policy Service ตรวจสอบสถานะว่ารันอยู่หรือไม่ ถ้าบอก Stopped คลิกขวา Diagnostic Policy Service คลิก Properties > Start

ตอน Diagnostic Policy Service ทำงานอยู่แล้ว ลอง Windows Update อีกครั้ง ดูว่าติดตั้งอัปเดตได้โดยไม่มี error 0x80070015 หรือไม่
