Error 304 ไม่ใช่ Error จริงๆ แค่ Redirection หากเจอ 304 Not Modified แสดงว่ามีปัญหา Browser Cache หรือระบบติดไมลแวร์ ทำให้เข้าหน้าเว็บไม่ได้ รบกวนแต่อยู่ๆ แต่แก้ได้ตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง
วิธีแก้ไข HTTP Error 304 Not Modified
แนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
วิธีที่ 1: ล้าง Browser Cache
- เปิด Google Chrome > Ctrl + Shift + Del เปิด History
- คลิก Three-dot Menu > More Tools > Clear browsing data
- ติ๊ก: Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files
- Time Range > All time
- คลิก Clear Data
- ปิด Browser > Restart PC
วิธีที่ 2: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes
- ติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
- รัน Malwarebytes สแกนลบไฟล์อันตราย
- CCleaner > Custom Clean > Windows Tab > ติ๊ก Default > Analyze
- ยืนยันลบ > Run Cleaner
- Registry Tab > ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues
- Backup Registry? > Yes > Fix All Selected Issues > Restart
วิธีที่ 3: ใช้ Google DNS
จุดสำคัญ: ตั้ง DNS Auto-detect IP หรือ Custom ISP แต่ Error 304 เกิดเมื่อไม่ได้ตั้งทั้งคู่ วิธีนี้ตั้ง DNS เป็น Google DNS Server
- คลิกขวา Network Icon Taskbar > Open Network & Sharing Center
- คลิก Currently Connected Network
- WiFi Status > คลิก Properties
- หา Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Double-click
- เลือก Use the following DNS server addresses ใส่:
8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
- ติ๊ก Validate settings upon exit > OK
- ปิดทั้งหมด > เปิด Chrome ทดสอบ
วิธีที่ 4: Reset TCP/IP และ Flush DNS
- คลิกขวา Windows Button > Command Prompt (Admin)
- รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด:
ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew
- เปิด Admin CMD อีกครั้ง รัน:
ipconfig /flushdns nbtstat –r netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset
- Reboot ใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลง Flush DNS ควรแก้ Error 304
