แก้ Ubisoft Connect Not Working: วิธีแก้ Error การเชื่อมต่อแบบฉบับสมบูรณ์

Ubisoft Connect (UPlay) เป็นแพลตฟอร์มกระจายเกมของ Ubisoft (Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, Tom Clancy's, Just Dance ฯลฯ) Uplay จำเป็นสำหรับทุกเกม Ubisoft ควบคุมการกระจายดิจิทัล Multiplayer และการสื่อสาร ก่อนเล่นต้องเชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Ubisoft ก่อน ที่นี่มักเจอ Error Uplay not available หรือ Ubisoft Service Is Currently Unavailable บทความนี้รวมสาเหตุและวิธีแก้ครบทุกมุมครับ

สาเหตุหลักของ Ubisoft Connect Not Working

  • ปัญหาเครือข่าย: อินเทอร์เน็ตขาด การตั้งค่าเครือข่ายผิด
  • โปรแกรมขัดแย้ง: ไฟล์ใน ProgramData หรือแอปพื้นหลังเยอะเกิน
  • วันที่/เวลาผิด: เซิร์ฟเวอร์เกมทั่วโลกต้องการเวลาถูกต้อง
  • IPv6 ไม่เข้ากัน: บาง ISP/Router ไม่รองรับ IPv6 ให้ปิดชั่วคราว

วิธีที่ 1: รีสตาร์ท PC (ลองก่อนทุกอย่าง)

  1. Win + D ไป Desktop
  2. Alt + F4 > Restart > Enter

วิธีที่ 2: รีสตาร์ท Router

  1. กดปุ่ม Power หลัง Router ปิด
  2. ถอดสายไฟ รอ 1 นาที (ให้ Capacitor ไฟฟ้าหมด)
  3. เสียบสาย เปิดไฟ รอเชื่อมต่อเสร็จ ลอง Sign in ใหม่

วิธีที่ 3: ปิดโปรเซสพื้นหลัง

  1. Ctrl + Shift + Esc เปิด Task Manager
  2. End task โปรเซสที่ใช้ Memory สูงและไม่จำเป็น

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Network Troubleshooter

  1. Windows + I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
  2. เลือก Network Adapter > Run the troubleshooter
  3. รอแก้ไข ตามหน้าจอ รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: รีเซ็ตเครือข่ายด้วยคำสั่ง ipconfig (CMD Admin)

  1. เปิด Command Prompt as Administrator
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละบรรทัด กด Enter ทุกคำสั่ง:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /release6
ipconfig /renew

วิธีที่ 6: ล้าง Winsock Catalog

  1. CMD Admin > พิมพ์ netsh winsock reset Enter
  2. รอแจ้ง Reset สำเร็จ รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 7: รัน SFC และ DISM Scan

  1. CMD Admin > sfc /scannow Enter (รอสักครู่)
  2. รีสตาร์ท
  3. CMD Admin อีกครั้ง รัน 3 คำสั่งนี้:
dism.exe /Online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /Online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /Online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

ต้องมีอินเทอร์เน็ตสำหรับ DISM

วิธีที่ 8: ปิด VPN

  1. Settings > VPN Settings > เลือก VPN ที่เชื่อมต่อ > Disconnect
  2. Advanced Options > ปิด Allow VPN over metered networks และ Allow VPN while roaming

วิธีที่ 9: ปิด IPv6

  1. ค้นหา view network connections เปิด
  2. คลิกขวา Adapter ที่ใช้งาน > Properties
  3. ยกติ๊ก Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > OK
  4. ถ้ามีหลาย Connection ให้ Disable ตัวอื่นๆ เหลือแค่ที่ใช้อยู่

วิธีที่ 10: เปลี่ยน DNS Server เป็น Google DNS

  1. Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
  2. คลิกขวา Connection ที่ใช้ > Properties
  3. เลือก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties
  4. เลือก Use the following DNS server addresses:
  • Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
  • Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4
  1. OK ทั้งสองหน้าต่าง

วิธีที่ 11: ตั้งค่า Date & Time ให้ถูกต้อง

  1. Control Panel > Clock and Region > Change date, time, or number formats
  2. ตรวจสอบ Format ตรงประเทศ ใส่ Date/Time ให้ถูกต้อง > Apply > OK

วิธีที่ 12: อัปเดตหรือ Rollback Network Drivers

อัปเดต:

  1. Device Manager > Network adapters
  2. คลิกขวา Wi-Fi/Ethernet driver > Update driver > Search automatically

Rollback (ถ้าอัปเดตใหม่แล้วเสีย):

  1. Device Manager > Network adapters > Properties ไดรเวอร์ > แท็บ Driver > Roll Back Driver
  2. เลือกเหตุผล > Yes > OK > รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 13: รีเซ็ตไฟล์ Hosts

  1. Windows + E > View > ติ๊ก Hidden items
  2. ไป C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
  3. คลิกขวา hosts > Open with > Notepad
  4. ลบทั้งหมด วางค่า Default นี้:

# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to hostnames. Each

  1. กด Ctrl + S บันทึก

วิธีที่ 14: อัปเดต Windows

  1. Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates
  2. ติดตั้งอัปเดตทั้งหมด รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 15: Network Reset (ที้นอก)

  1. Settings > Network & Internet > Network reset
  2. Reset now > PC จะรีสตาร์ทอัตโนมัติ

วิธีที่ 16: ติดต่อ Ubisoft Support

หากล้มเหลวหมด ให้ไปหน้า Support ของ Ubisoft แจ้งปัญหาโดยตรง
