วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Touchpad เมื่อเสียบ Mouse ผ่าน Mouse Properties
- กด Windows Key + Q ค้นหา Control คลิก Control Panel
- คลิก Hardware and Sound
- ใต้ Devices and Printers คลิก Mouse
- ไปแท็บ ELAN หรือ Device Settings ยกเครื่องหมายถูกออกจาก "Disable internal pointing device when the external USB pointing device is attached"

- กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter เปิด Registry Editor
- ไปที่ Registry Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTPEnh
- คลิกขวา SynTPEnh เลือก New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
- ตั้งชื่อ DWORD เป็น DisableIntPDFeature คลิกสองครั้งเปลี่ยนค่า
- เลือก Hexadecimal ใต้ Base ตั้งค่าเป็น 33 คลิก OK
- รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์
วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Touchpad เมื่อเสียบ Mouse ใน Windows 8.1
- กด Windows Key + C เปิด Settings Charm
- เลือก Change PC settings เมนูซ้ายคลิก PC and Devices
- คลิก Mouse and Touchpad ดูด้านขวา หาตัวเลือก "Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected"
- ปิด Toggle สำหรับตัวเลือกนี้
- รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์ จะ ปิด Touchpad อัตโนมัติเมื่อเสียบ Mouse
