แก้ Windows 10 File Explorer Crashes - เพิ่มเติม: Windows 11 และ Context Menu Handlers

สาเหตุหลัก File Explorer Crash (Win10/11)

  • Shell Extension Handlers (Context Menu) จากโปรแกรมภายนอก (WinRAR, 7-Zip, OneDrive, Dropbox, GPU Drivers, Antivirus)
  • Display Scaling (175%, 225%) ไม่เข้ากับ DPI Awareness
  • Corrupt System Files / User Profile
  • Graphics Driver Issues (Intel/Nvidia/AMD)
  • Quick Access Cache / File Explorer History เสียหาย
  • Third-party Antivirus/Shell Integration
  • Windows 11: Context Menu (New Right-click Menu) Bugs

วิธีแก้ File Explorer Crashes Windows 10/11

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ

วิธีที่ 1: ShellExView - ปิด Shell Extensions ภายนอก (แก้ได้มากที่สุด)

  1. ดาวน์โหลด ShellExView (NirSoft) 64-bit
  2. Run as Admin > รอโหลด Extensions
  3. Options > Hide All Microsoft Extensions
  4. Ctrl+A Select All Non-Microsoft > ปุ่มแดง (Disable)
  5. Reboot > ทดสอบ File Explorer
  6. ถ้าแก้ได้: Enable ทีละตัว (ปุ่มเขียว) จนเจอตัวก่อปัญหา > Disable ตัวนั้น หรือ Uninstall โปรแกรมนั้น
  7. Windows 11: ให้ความสำคัญกับ Extensions ที่ Type = Context Menu หรือ Drag Drop Handler

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Quick Access และ Clear History

  1. File Explorer > View > Options (หรือ Control Panel > File Explorer Options)
  2. General Tab: ยกเลิกติ๊ก Show recently used files in Quick access & Show frequently used folders in Quick access
  3. กด Clear ใกล้ Clear File Explorer History
  4. Apply OK Reboot

วิธีที่ 3: แก้ Display Scaling (DPI)

  1. Settings > System > Display > Scale & Layout
  2. ตั้ง 100%, 125%, 150%, 175% (หลีกเลี่ยง 175%, 225%, 250% บนบาง Driver)
  3. Windows 11: ลอง Custom Scaling 100-150%
  4. Reboot

วิธีที่ 4: Launch Folder Windows in Separate Process

  1. File Explorer Options > View Tab > ติ๊ก Launch folder windows in a separate process
  2. Apply OK Reboot
  3. แยก Process Explorer ป้องกัน Crash ทั้งระบบ

วิธีที่ 5: SFC/DISM และ Windows Update

  1. CMD Admin: sfc /scannow > Reboot
  2. CMD Admin: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth > Reboot
  3. Windows Update > Optional Updates > Driver Updates

วิธีที่ 6: Reinstall Graphics Drivers (DDU Clean Install)

  1. DDU Safe Mode Clean Install GPU Drivers (Nvidia/AMD/Intel)
  2. ติดตั้ง Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บ Manufacturer

วิธีที่ 7: Windows 11 - ใช้ Classic Context Menu (Registry)

  1. Win + R > regedit
  2. ไป: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32
  3. ดับเบิลคลิก (Default) ใส่ Value ใดๆ (เช่น空白) > OK
  4. Reboot (จะได้ Context Menu แบบเก่า Win10 Style)
  5. กลับมา: ลบ Key {86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2} เพื่อกลับมา New Menu

วิธีที่ 8: สร้าง User Profile ใหม่

  1. Settings > Accounts > Family & Other Users > Add Someone Else
  2. Login User ใหม่ ทดสอบ File Explorer
  3. ถ้าไม่ Crash = Profile เดิมเสีย > ย้าย Data ไป Profile ใหม่

วิธีที่ 9: Clean Boot

  1. Win + R > msconfig > Services > Hide Microsoft > Disable All
  2. Startup > Open Task Manager > Disable All
  3. Apply OK Reboot > Test

วิธีที่ 10: Repair Install / In-place Upgrade

  1. Mount Windows 10/11 ISO > Run Setup.exe
  2. Keep Personal Files and Apps > Install
  3. Repair System Files ทั้งหมดโดยไม่ลบ Data
