สาเหตุ Wacom Device Not Connected
- Wacom Services หยุดทำงาน / ไม่ได้ตั้งค่า Auto Start
- Wacom Driver เก่า/เสีย/ไม่เข้ากัน Windows Version
- USB Port/Power Management ปิด USB Selective Suspend
- Bluetooth Pairing Issue (สำหรับ Wireless Tablet)
- Windows Ink / Tablet PC Settings ขัดแย้ง
- Antivirus/Firewall บล็อก Wacom Services
- USB Cable/Port ชำรุด
วิธีแก้ Wacom Tablet Not Connected Error
สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ
วิธีที่ 1: รีสตาร์ท Wacom Services
- Win + R > services.msc
- หาบริการต่อไป ตั้ง Startup = Automatic และ Start:
- Wacom Consumer Service / Wacom Professional Service
- Wacom Tablet Service (Legacy)
- Wacom Router Service
- Restart แต่ละ Service > เปิด Wacom Center ใหม่
วิธีที่ 2: Clean Install Wacom Drivers (แนะนำมากที่สุด)
- Uninstall ทั้งหมด: Settings > Apps > Wacom Center, Wacom Drivers, Wacom Tablet > Uninstall
- Reboot
- ไป Wacom Driver Download Page (support.wacom.com)
- เลือก Product Model + OS (Windows 10/11 64-bit) > Download Latest Driver
- Run as Administrator ติดตั้ง > Reboot
- เปิด Wacom Center ตั้งค่า
วิธีที่ 3: ปิด USB Selective Suspend
- Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings
- USB Settings > USB Selective Suspend Setting > Disabled (On Battery & Plugged In)
- Apply OK Reboot
หรือ Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers > USB Root Hub > Properties > Power Management > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow computer to turn off this device
วิธีที่ 4: แก้ Bluetooth Tablet (Intuos Pro, One, MobileStudio)
- Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Remove Wacom Device > Pair ใหม่
- Device Manager > Bluetooth > คลิกขวา Bluetooth Radio > Properties > Power Management > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow turn off
- Wacom Center > Bluetooth Settings > Re-pair
วิธีที่ 5: รัน Wacom Tablet Setting File Utility
- Start Menu > Wacom Tablet > Wacom Tablet Setting File Utility
- Tab Backup > Backup Settings (เผื่อไว้)
- Tab Restore > Restore Default Settings
- Tab Remove > Remove All User Settings > OK
- Reboot > ตั้งค่าใหม่ใน Wacom Center
วิธีที่ 6: Windows Ink / Tablet PC Settings
- Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings (หรือ Win+R > tabcal)
- Tab Display > Setup... กดจอที่ Tablet Map อยู่
- Tab Other > Go to Pen and Touch Settings > ตรวจ Pen/Touch Settings
วิธีที่ 7: ปิด Antivirus/Firewall ชั่วคราว
- ปิด Antivirus 15-30 นาที ทดสอบ Wacom Center
- Windows Firewall: Allow Wacom Services/Processes ผ่าน Firewall
วิธีที่ 8: เช็ค USB Cable และ Port
- ลองสาย USB อื่น (Data Cable คุณภาพดี ไม่ใช่ Charging Only)
- ลอง Port USB 2.0 / 3.0 / ตรง Motherboard (หลังเคส)
- Powered USB Hub ถ้า Tablet ต้องการ Power สูง (Cintiq, MobileStudio)
วิธีที่ 9: SFC/DISM และ Windows Update
- CMD Admin: sfc /scannow > Reboot
- CMD Admin: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth > Reboot
- Windows Update ติดตั้ง Optional Driver Updates
วิธีที่ 10: Compatibility Mode (Driver เก่า)
- ถ้า Tablet เก่า (Intuos 4, Bamboo, Graphire) Driver ไม่รองรับ Windows 10/11
- Right-click Driver Installer > Properties > Compatibility Tab
- Run in Compatibility Mode: Windows 7 / Windows 8 > Run as Admin
