วิธีแก้ System Restore 0x80070005 Error ใน Windows 10
ปัญหา System Restore มักเกิดจาก Malware, File System/Hard Disk เสียหาย หรือหลังติดตั้ง Windows Update ก่อนไปวิธีแก้ด้านล่าง ให้ทำขั้นตอนเหล่านี้ก่อน แล้วลอง System Restore ใหม่:
1. สแกนระบบหา Malware
2. Uninstall Antivirus หรือ Security โปรแกรมอื่นๆ ออกจากระบบอย่างสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ หาก System Restore Error รายงานโปรแกรมไหน Extract จาก Restore Point ไม่ได้ ให้ Uninstall โปรแกรมนั้น
3. Run CHKDSK Command แก้ไข File System Corruption:

- คลิกขวา Start Menu เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
- พิมพ์คำสั่ง กด Enter:
- chkdsk C: /R

วิธีที่ 1: รัน System Restore ใน Safe Mode
วิธีแรกแก้ปัญหา System Restore คือรันใน Safe Mode วิธี Start Windows 10 Safe Mode:
กด Windows 
+ R โหลด Run Dialog Box
- พิมพ์ msconfig กด Enter
- คลิกแท็บ Boot ติ๊ก Safe Boot
- คลิก OK และ Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
หมายเหตุ: เพื่อบูต Windows ใน Normal Mode อีกครั้ง ต้อง Untick Safe Boot ด้วยขั้นตอนเดียวกัน
วิธีที่ 2: รัน System Restore จาก Windows Installation Media
วิธีถัดไปข้าม Error 0x80070005 คือรัน System Restore โดยบูตจาก Windows Installation Media
หากไม่มี Installation Media (USB หรือ DVD) สร้างได้ด้วย Media Creation Tool
1. วาง Windows 10 Installation Media บนคอมพิวเตอร์
2. เริ่มระบบจาก Installation Media เข้า BIOS ตั้ง Boot Order ให้ CD/DVD (หรือ USB) เป็น Boot Device แรก Save & Exit BIOS
3. เลือก Language, Time/Currency, Keyboard Input Method กด Next
4. เลือก Repair your computer
5. เลือก Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore
6. ทำตาม Prompt บนหน้าจอ กู้คืนระบบสู่สถานะก่อนหน้าที่ทำงานได้
วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Permissions ใน C:\System Volume Information
1. เริ่ม Windows ตามปกติ
2. เปิด Hidden Files View:
1. คลิกขวา Start Menu
เลือก Control Panel
2. เปลี่ยน View by: เป็น Small icons
3. เปิด File Explorer Options
4. แท็บ View: ติ๊ก Show hidden files, folders or drives & ยกเลิกติ๊ก Hide protected operating system files
5. คลิก OK เสร็จ
3. เปิด Windows Explorer
4. คลิกขวา C:\System Volume Information Directory เลือก Properties
5. เลือกแท็บ Security คลิก Advanced
6. ที่ Advanced Security Settings คลิก Continue
7. ตรวจสอบว่า SYSTEM Account มี Full Control Access บนโฟลเดอร์
8. หาก SYSTEM ไม่มี Full Control Permissions คลิก Cancel แล้วคลิก Advanced อีกครั้ง
9. คลิก Change Owner
10. พิมพ์ Username บัญชีของคุณ (เช่น "Admin") คลิก OK
11. ติ๊ก "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" คลิก OK *
* หมายเหตุ: เลือก Yes ที่ Windows Security Message แทนที่ Permissions และกด Continue สำหรับ Warning อื่นๆ
12. คลิก OK อีกครั้งปิด Security Settings
13. คลิกขวา อีกครั้ง ที่ C:\System Volume Information เลือก Properties
14. เลือกแท็บ Security คลิก Advanced
15. ที่ Advanced Security Settings คลิก Add
16. คลิก Select a principal ด้านบน
17. พิมพ์ SYSTEM คลิก OK
18. ติ๊ก Full Control คลิก OK สาม (3) ครั้ง ปิดหน้าต่างทั้งหมด .*
* หมายเหตุ: กด Continue สำหรับ Warning อื่นๆ
19. กด Windows 
+ R โหลด Run Dialog Box
20. พิมพ์คำสั่งเปิด System Restore Utility กด Enter
