ตำแหน่งคงที่เทียบกับ viewport

position: fixed ทำให้องค์ประกอบอยู่ตำแหน่งเดิมบนหน้าจอแม้จะเลื่อนสกรอลล์ ใช้ top, right, bottom, left กำหนดตำแหน่ง
