Parameters
file_path − พาธของไฟล์ที่ต้องการทราบเวลาเข้าถึงล่าสุด
Return
ฟังก์ชัน fileatime() คืนค่าเวลาเข้าถึงล่าสุดเป็น UNIX timestamp คืนค่า false เมื่อล้มเหลว
