ตัดช่องว่าง (Trim Spaces) จาก Field ใน MongoDB Query

MongoDB 4.0+ มี operator $trim สำหรับตัด whitespace (space, tab, newline) ออกจากต้นและท้าย string ใช้ใน aggregate pipeline
