Python Pandas - ทำซ้ำแต่ละองค์ประกอบในดัชนีต่างกัน (index.repeat)

ในการทำซ้ำแต่ละองค์ประกอบในดัชนี (Index) ต่างกันตามจำนวนที่ระบุ ให้ใช้เมธอด index.repeat() และส่งรายการจำนวนครั้งที่ต้องการทำซ้ำแต่ละค่า
