ตั้งแต่ Windows Vista Microsoft รวม Windows Mobility Center ไว้ จัดการฮาร์ดแวร์ (WiFi, Bluetooth, ฯลฯ) จากแดชบอร์ดเดียว ฟีเจอร์นี้ปิดใน Desktop PC แต่มักมีใน Laptop/Tablet ประหยัดเวลา ไม่ต้องเปิดหลายหน้าต่าง
เปิด Windows Mobility Center
- Control Panel → Windows Mobility Center
- กด Win + X → เลือก Mobility Center
- Laptop หลายยี่ห้อ (Dell, HP) มีปุ่มฮาร์ดแวร์กดเปิดได้ทันที
ฟีเจอร์หลัก 6 อย่าง (ขึ้นอยู่กับฮาร์ดแวร์)
- Brightness – ปรับความสว่างหน้าจอด้วย Slider
- Volume – ควบคุมเสียงเร็ว
- Battery Status – แสดงแบตเตอรี่ เปลี่ยน Power Plan (Balanced, Power Saver, High Performance)
- External Display – ควบคุมจอที่ 2: Resolution, สถานะ, สลับหน้าจอ
- Sync Center – ซิงค์ข้อมูลกับอุปกรณ์ Microsoft (Windows Phone ฯลฯ)
- Presentation Settings – เปิดใช้: ปิด Screen Saver, ลบ Wallpaper, ปรับ Sleep/Standby ให้พร้อมนำเสนอ (ตั้งค่ามาจากโรงงาน)
เปิดใช้งานใน Desktop PC
- กด Win + R →
regedit→ Enter - ไปที่:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MobilePC\MobilityCenter - หากไม่มี Key "MobilePC" และ "MobilityCenter" → คลิกขวา New → Key สร้าง 2 ตัว
- เลือก Key "MobilityCenter" → ขวา New → DWORD Value ชื่อ RunOnDesktop → ค่า = 1
- กด Win + R → พิมพ์
mblctr→ Enter → Mobility Center จะเปิด
สรุป
Windows Mobility Center ฟีเจอร์ที่ควรได้รับความนิยมมากกว่านี้ จัดการฮาร์ดแวร์ง่ายจากที่เดียว ยังเพิ่ม Tile เองได้ ลองใช้ดู จะไม่ผิดหวัง
