1. Restart PC

4. Uninstall Windows Update
บางคนรายงานปัญหาเริ่มหลัง Windows Update ใดๆ ให้ Uninstall Update ที่ 'น่าจะเป็นปัญหา' ออก
5. System Restore
ทางเลือกแทน Uninstall Update ใช้ System Restore (การเปลี่ยนแปลงหลัง Restore Point เช่นติดตั้ง App, Preferences จะหาย) กลับไปวันที่ Touchpad ทำงานปกติ

บูทครั้งหน้า State เก่าจะ Enforce ปัญหาควรหาย หายัง ลอง Reset PC หรือข้อต่อไป
6. รัน Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
รัน Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter แก้อุปกรณ์ปัญหา อาจเป็น Hardware Issue กับ Touchpad Built-in
หาก Wizard ไม่ช่วย ลองข้อต่อไป
7. เปลี่ยน Pointing Device
จุดนี้ อาจเป็น Pointing Device ชำรุด ให้ช่าง Hardware ซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยน Hardware หรือใช้ USB Mouse/Wireless Mouse แทน
