2] Enable .NET Framework ด้วย DISM Command

  1. เสียบ Installation Media (USB/DVD) หรือ Mount ISO
  2. เปิด Command Prompt Admin
  3. รันคำสั่ง (แทน X ด้วย Drive letter ของ Media): 
    Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:X:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
  4. รีบูท ตรวจสอบ

3] ติดตั้ง Pending Windows Update

Settings (Win+I) > Windows Update > Check for updates ติดตั้งทั้งหมด อาจมี .NET Framework 3.5 อยู่ใน Update
